"It has been said: 'the pen is mightier than the sword'. Vaclav Havel proved that. In 1989, Czechoslovakia was led to freedom by a writer, a playwright whose words and actions inspired his country to rise up and change forever it's destiny."
Beautiful ending in a great documentary. Thanks for sharing!!!

This is the best and most comprehensive documentary I have found on RUclips regarding the Velvet Revolution. I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed.

In 1989, the people of Czechoslovakia showed the World, that despite two basinfulls of tyranny that their country had been through, their country was still the land of Thomas Garrigue Masaryk.
Despite the partition between Czechs and Slovaks, may it always so remain.

Worst behavior possible considering I no longer have credit for my life and a ton has been covered up and you stole my phones and computers and stole everything from me with Bratsky Vestnik.
