hi..my non profit organisation started using paid google workspace and recently switch to google workspace for non profit. Do we need to do anything about the email account? For example, we already have email accounts. Do we have to convert/migrate the accounts to start using tools like mail merge?
They have a process laid out for converting from a paid account to a nonprofit account. If you are using the lowest tier paid account it shoudl be free. Otherwise you can pay a discounted non profit rate. On the back end there is a link where you can request your account to be converted to non profit.
We have Google Workplace and Dropbox. I thought our storage was limited hence Dropbox. Where do I see the capacity info in the Google settings? Is Google storage as secure as Dropbox? D love to it pay that fee at renewal, instead move our files over to Google.
