I bought 4 of them and gave them out as Christmas presents. Bought it for full price the day it came out. I saw it as a cutout a few years later... that’s when I bought them. Love this song to death. That chorus!! God!! I wish it went on longer but that’s why I cherish that part so much, it’s so fleeting.
+Oscar Valencia There's so many songs that band did that fell by the wayside. It's very sad to me, and im actually upset about it. I was a radio DJ back then. Got fired for playing their music (other than their hits) . Wednesday Morning was just one of them that had #1 written on it, but of course nothing came to pass. I am going to put up a website that people out there can listen to that has all the songs by America that there's just no real excuse for not being popular. And without explanation either! I've spoken to their managers, and even Gerry Beckley and Dewey Bunnell, and all their band members since 1978. I get round about nothingness out of all my efforts. Nobody has anything to say. And im pissed off after all these years.
What a discovery. it all started when i checked out songs about days of the week following Miss Black's song. it's happy ,upbeat and fun !! thanks so much for posting it.
This is a great cd and particularly this song and "From a Moving Train", should put AMERICA back on the top ! Sadly, today s' radio programers are not that adventurous any more !! Sadly, DAN PEEK never returned to the band. Maybe Dewey and Jerry will record some of his songs.
@@MrSteveb80 Yeah, but even Sirius doesn’t keep up with the new bands. I love heavy Rock. Stoner and the new freaky groups. I never hear that music at all. They may play some metal but that stuff is played out. No one keeps up anymore.
Exceptional song from an exceptional band🥰🎤🎸🎶🎵💜

I feel guilty for buying this CD for 99 cents, such a great CD. Love all the songs, but this one is my favorite.

Wednesday morning that's how I remember what day my ex left
1998
his name is gerry. they have no reason to record dans songs
So, this album cover makes a statement, "You've got your head in the clouds..", right? I was trying to remember what that means again... :)

@TheKatherine75 Im making a playlist of songs dealing with the days of the week because of her.
:)
Saw them in 75, sounds a bit tom petty or dylanish
Sounds like America to me.
In a perfect world, this would be # 1 on all terrestrial radio stations. But no, their not in fashion anymore. Bullshit!!
Yeahh, I'm agree with you !
you are so right. radio today sucks. you have to buy sirius xm to hear the good stuff .

@@CatsCuriosity thank you. I don’t listen to radio, not since 1976. I seek my bands out. But I know what radio plays.
