ive never heard it put better than that - its important to be in the present moment, not focused on a specific outcome

I believe people/Christians think Kundalini is evil is because they FEAR the unknown. Most will not resort to spirituality they way we do. Thank you for your video.
    Love~Peace~Joy to you

+Keleena Kuthumi Christians think that anything spiritual that is not in the bible is satanic or "a lie of the devil".
      Yeah, really.
I was taught as a child that the bible was the "inerrant word of God".
For thirty years I did not know that that the bible really was created by the Roman empire/Catholic church to control their serf population.
I know a woman who says that Near Death Experiences aren't real because they aren't in the bible!
(She lost her house to forclosure because she stayed up all night praying instead of getting a job).
I think it's really all about psychology- specifically pseudo self-esteem... and for some people (like the woman above) hyper-vigilance for imagined threats (which are "demons" of course!).
The super super-devout Christians fear everything because everything "of the world" is evil... almost as if they think God is NOT all-powerful. Strange.

Well, first know this, my 3rd Eye/ pineal gland activation has been with me since day one. And no one awakened my kundalini, but since it happened when I was very young due to the nature of my soul's path, I was not as fearful as I might have been had I been older. I have never had a teacher other than the Goddess Herself and perhaps my interactions with others in this incarnation. I can see what you mean tho- it can be a double edged sword, you might get freaked out if you don't know what is happening and how to cope with these profound changes! Insight can be wrought with conflict because often you see the future challenges humanity faces and these visions are horrific "feeling"- wise, but it is clear if the rest of the human race remains catatonic, their survival chances will be grim, seeing that, feeling that energy is draining, but if you focus your intent on transmuting that negative image mentally, to visualize a positive outcome, you can be very successful. Also, I would not advise telling people about your spiritual experiences unless it's a fellow starseed or truther. Even within my family I experienced resistance in the past- I gave up trying to wake others up, and in fact I will not share too much with my husband and kids- tho my husband has been pretty open to these things since I first told him what is happening here on Earth, he has looked into truth carefully. Always a skeptic , but he knows truth when he is faced with it, but my kids would be terrified,I just gently hint at thingswith stories if they ask me about spiritual matters. Sometimes, as with 3rd eye activation, once your kundalini is awakened, you feel lonely because you have few people to talk to about the most monumental spiritual changes one can experience in this lifetime, coupled with the fact that you just experience things so differently and your perception is sharper by far, more so than it ever was! Othou see things that scare you if you are not privy to this experience but I actually had physical changes as well as emotional changes. If you really want to unblock energies, use starlight, crystals and the light of your own soul in Christ Consciousness. It's better if you have a clear night for visualization though, as toouch need to draw the starlight towards your chakras. That is what works for me.

I Too am lonely for what I know and yet I feel at this time I know nothing .. I cry everyday for this planet . I 've been so beat up, brought to my knees from cruelity. I came into this world with nothing but Pure Untainted Love in my heart . Installed in my soul !! No one believes me . No one !! They even sent 3 guardians with me . They would stand at the end of my crib. I have been saved from Death 20 or more times . I'm 56 now !! Going thru some draining stuff. I'm angry !! Why do I Now learn all about Kundalini. Going thru an Awakening .!! Then today a thought came to me .. Maybe I came back because I was taking Love for granted ?? Maybe I was loosing my way there? I was told recently by a Clairvoyant I had fullfilled my contract . And I'm supposed to write a book !! Any thoughts ??

We create our own reality. How to wish authenticity/creativity/pure state of enjoyment/freedom when we have dozens of work projects to deliver, exams and home tasks? When I just wanted simply to take a walk 'till the end of the world, dance all day, get out and listen to music...? I feel like a hero when in the middle of my daily life I find pure hapinness. But that's when I can meditate, make positive affirmations...etc... Sometimes I feel so aware... others feel so lost :(

Hey Gabriel! Am glad I found your two videos, particularly the second part, given that I just started Kundalini last week with no expectations and completely ignorant about yoga in general...just interested in keeping good health...and after trying Kundalini and Ashtanga (availables in town) made my mind up for Kundalini...feeling good so far. After hearing you got a question. How do you know if I am prepared for Kundalini awakening?, in other words, how do I know if I have energy blockages? Any specifics techniques for beginners I should ask to the yoga teacher? By the way ....nice and warm talk. Congratulations!

Thanks Gabriel, it was nice and relaxing to hear you talking like this with all the background noises going on. What a wonderful looking place. I must say that India was never on my 'list' but seeing your videos is making me want to go there. Is it all safe and friendly like that?
Im such a scaredycat to travel on my own. one day i will just have to do it. Do or die!
    Anyway, thanks mate. :)

hey there, I'm posting a lot more videos on my travel channel, youtube/gabejedmo which will give you a better feel for what I'm seeing. No, it isn't all so nice and easy and peaceful by any means, much of India is pretty crazy. But there are great little spots to hang out so I just go to those places so I can enjoy things as much as possible. I'll be journeying on from Rishikesh soon and going to some of those other cool places, stay tuned.

Hm, I've never heard that name.....but there's the Mahabharata so I guess there must be a connection. Next I am indeed headed to Haridwar, in 3 days, but just to catch a train (I've visited Haridwar before). I'm going to Bikaner, Rajasthan in the Thar desert and then Jaiselmer to hang out with some camels and explore the dunes. After that I'll head back to the Himalayas where it's cooler. I want to squeeze in a desert trip before it's too hot, which will be very soon.

Great Video GabrielKundalini . Reverend Eslam , I must mention here, being as an Indian/Bhartiya (Rightly said by you, it is BHARAT) I will reply bilko1971 that India is safe to travel, doing tremendous job in all field of world, cities, holy places, and languages are very colourful and magnetic. There's a Hindi (National Language) saying about Indian culture that goes: Kos kos pe badale pani, char kos pe vani (means, The taste of water changes every 3 kms, and the language changes every 12 km.)
You will find lots of variety in food, languages, tradition/culture, awesome food etc. Bharat is most promising country to be raised as BIGGEST TOURIST DESTINATION in 2-5years. Regards, Shailendra Pradhan, Masters in Business Management & Franchisee Maestro, DELHI (INDIA)

Hi. I have been feeling energy at my forehead for last 20-25 days. So i have been meditating and it gets intense day by day. I also feel surge in energies at any random time in a day. In this 20 days i read few things and watched few videos about kundalini energy. I am doing my Ph.D in india. So do you think is it a good idea to raise my kundalini on my own by reading books and all or should i join some guru and raise it that way? Problem is i can't afford to take a break from studies and join ashram. Thanks

GabrielKundalini what if one doesn't have a teacher? I'm sure that can be risky. I'm in that situation, but would like to just see what happens. However, if one is dealing with depression, what are your recommendations concerning kundalini yoga or meditation? Is it something to avoid, or could it be just what one needs to get out of the slump?

James Morrow I think it can definitely be effective. Subtle, but it speaks to the idea that we can be inspired to heal ourselves by the energetic connection with others.

I wouldn't say so, from what I've heard. I've heard some pretty challenging experiences from women as well. It just seems to vary considerably from person to person as far as how difficult or enjoyable the experience is.

I have it.. and I don't desire nothing like this even to my worst enemy.. I just can say that from my point of view, the enlightment or spiritual path is just a waste of energy.. we should use our energy on doing, in providing to others, in charity, in learning and teaching from people.. in working with passion., the art of feeling 4D powers can be achieved by smoking marihuana.. lol is so stupid.. unuseful for others.. we are just blocking our real potential in a 3D normal world..
