I have done this countless times and already commented, and after two years I keep coming back. It is so powerful and does exactly what it says - it opens the hips. A perfect sequence in a short amount of time is hard to achieve but this one truly delivers. Namaste.
DId this one again this morning. I HIGHLY recommend this one for the therapeutic effects on the low back. The combination of the hips and twists is quite magical. Thank you.
I've been practicing this flow as my morning routine every two days for 2 weeks now, and I'm already experiencing positive results. Thank you for this practice!
Love this class !!! And all the other class I have practice this week from you Chanel. Thank you so much ❤ I’m Israeli as well practicing in Thailand at the moment
I added this on to the core practice and it was a great combination as I work to strengthen my practice! Thank you for your humor and positive vibes. ✌️
Great relief for the lower back. I will definitley do it often to soften my thight hips. Not easy, but you immediately notice the results of the practice…
Thank you so much for this video and all others , I use your videos every time I am doing yoga at home and not going out for a class. I wish you were somewhere near us , I would definitely have come to your classes ! Best of Luck and keep making the videos !
Thank you so much, that is wonderful to hear. If you ever have the possibility, come visit us in Guatemala at Lago Atitlan at the Doron Yoga Center. It's a beautiful space to practice :) If you feel like it you can also subscribe to our channel. Have a great day!
I did this practice today because I have been advised to open my hips in order to relieve neck pain. I found the practice to be very good at hip opening. I experienced a lovely spinal adjustment near my sacrum in the opening twist. I found that I had trouble keeping up with you and there were not enough cues given in the transitions. Now my lower back hurts probably from trying to follow the backbends which I fel also move too quickly. I will do this practice again but I will press pause between each posture so that I can have more time to settle into them without creating an injury.
Amazing you did this practice. I am proud of you. Yes, this practice moves pretty fast and is pretty strong. I totally agree. Pause and take time for the poses. I think that more recent videos I have been posting have been a bit slower in general, but because I also want to keep the class flowing for those used to my classes, we keep it going. I am planning a sequence to help with back pain, so stay tuned. Best wishes.
Hi Dororn, I practiced this video a few times. love it! I love hip opening posetions and it's really good for me in the morning when I have a short time to practice. Thank you very much!
Just added this to a 30 minute arms and intervals peloton class - it’s a good wind down as I work to build flexibility and strength - hoping to master crow some day 😅
Hi Elaine, thank you for your comment. Love to hear how dedicated you are to your practice and we wish you all the best in your progression. Best wishes.
Thank you for the hip opening class. I am a retired massage therapist and have taken a part time driving job.. my body is not adjusting well to the sitting and I find that when doing this yoga class my quads are extremely tight and I am also experiencing muscle cramps of the hamstrings... Have you any suggestions for this? Namaste'
Thanks for sharing. I recommend doing the half from on the belly for the quads gently and staying for at least 1 minute at a time. Standing forward, fold for the hamstring before and after every drive. Note if you can do slow exhales while driving to keep the body relaxed. Wishing all the best!
Amazing flow thank you
Thank You! Happy you liked it!

You are welcome Bat, happy to hear it is doing well to you 🙏
love this video wish I could slow it down though - it's a bit fast for us older followers! I know there's feature but can't make it work
Thanks for letting me know. I will make a slow version for hip openers. Stay tuned.
