Using Manuka honey for a headache is like using a chainsaw to paint a wall, honey is anti-microbial it’s not going to fix a headache, unless your headache is from hypoglycaemia, we use it in a medical sense mostly to treat burns, and wounds. And most Manuka honey that you can buy isn’t pure Manuka honey anyways, so it’s just a waste of money.
