Selepas 5 kali bereksperimen, finally berjaya buat! Hip hip hurray💃
Yang first time please baca tips di bawah supaya tak perlu repeat banyak kali macam saya🙇♀️ bazir masa, tenaga dan duit sebab asyik2 tak jadi hihi. So we learn from mistake. We start with small volume first k.
5g agar-agar tali brand Kijang.
550ml air
1 helai daun pandan-koyak dua dan simpul
60g gula
Setengah sudu kecil garam
5-6 titis pewarna hijau epal Star Brand
70ml santan pekat brand Kara.
Hasilnya dapat semangkuk agar2 bersaiz 12cmx12xmx2.5cm. Sesuai untuk berbuka puasa bagi family yang kecil.
Tips 1: Kuantiti air.Sila jangan percaya bulat2 instruction dekat peket. Brand Kijang 30g+1.5L air jadi sangat keras,Brand KCH 12g+1.55L air, a bit watery,maybe my method also effect. Lain brand mungkin ada beza, please trial first.
Tips 2: Santan. Jika terlalu banyak (trial 150ml), akan jadi sangat tepu dan agar2 membentuk 1 lapisan sahaja. Jika sedikit (trial 50ml), hanya membentuk lapisan santan yang nipis.
Tips 3: Pewarna. Jika terlalu sedikit, warna hijau akan jadi pucat apabila bercampur santan. Jika terlalu banyak, akan effect rasa pahit.
Tips 4: Proses penyejukkan.Sejukkan di bawah kipas dahulu (suhu bilik). Lapik kain lembab untuk cepat sejuk. Biasa mengambil masa sejam ke atas. Selepas sejuk dan mengeras, baru masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk. Jika panas2 terus masuk peti, agar2 akan jadi berair.
Tips 5: Perasa tiruan. Saya telah cuba memasukkan beberapa titis perasa pandan Star Brand, rasanya tak berapa sedap. Advise to skip this, just use original pandan leaf.
Tips 6: Gula. Agar cenderung mencair (sedikit berair) jika terdedah persekitaran normal. Cadangan untuk menambahkan sedikit gula batu untuk melambatkan proses berair.
Tips 7: Jika hasil anda tidak seperti yang diharapkan, jangan buang. Anda boleh mencairkan (mendidih) dan menyesuaikannya semula. Didih lebih lama untuk mengurangkan air bagi mendapat hasil yang lebih keras. Tambahkan sedikit air jika anda ingin melembutkannya. Begitu juga dengan penyesuaian santan. Ini akan memakan masa anda sekiranya kegagalan berlaku, jadi lebih baik melakukannya dengan betul pada kali pertama :)

For the first time please read the tips below so you don't have to repeat many times like me ,wasting time, energy and money because it is so crazy. So we learn from mistake. We start with small volume first ok.
5g of agar(jelly) strips.
550ml of water
1 sheet of pandan leaf and tear into 2
60g of sugar
Half a teaspoon of salt
5-6 drops of Star Brand apple green dye
70ml coconut milk concentrated Kara brand.
The result is a 12cmx12xmx2.5cm bowl. Perfect for breaking the fast(iftar) for a small family.
Tip 1: Water quantity.Please understand the agar instruction stated at the packet. Other brands may be different output of agar, some instruction come out very hard or watery output. please trial first.
Tip 2: Coconut milk. If it is too much coconut milk (150ml trial), it will be very saturated and agar will form only one layer. If it is small amount of coconut milk (trial 50ml), just form a thin layer of coconut milk.
Tip 3: Dye. If too little, the green will turn pale when mixed with coconut milk. If too much, it will have a bitter taste.
Tip 4: Cooling process. Cool down to the fan first (room temperature). Wrap a damp cloth to cool quickly. Usually takes an hour or more. Once cooled and hardened, just put in the refrigerator. If we do not cool down first (direct put into the refrigerator during high heat) later agar output will become watery.
Tip 5: Artificial flavor. I tried to put some drops of Star Brand pandan flavors, it didn't taste so good. Advise to skip this, just use original pandan leaf.
Tips 6: Sugar. Agar tend to melt (small watery) if exposed to normal environment.Optional to add some rock sugar to slow down watery process.
Tip 7: If your output not as expected, don't throw it away. You can melt(boil) and adjust it again. Boil more to reduce the water and make the output harden. Add some water if you wish to soft it. Same goes to coconut milk adjustment. It will consume your time if failure happen, so better do it right at the first time :)

Saya buat jadi hijau susu..tak jadi 2 lapis..kenapa ya?
Oh mungkin sukatan santan terlebih, jadi dia akan tepu. Sis cuba sekali lagi dalam kuantiti sikit je dan kurangkan santan.

@@mcnoroi saya dah eksperimen sis, sebab terjadi nya semua warna hijau susu kerana santan tak dimasak dengan betul. Bila saya masak dan gaul lama sikit santan tu, barulah dia terbentuk 2 lapis...seperti sis sarankan..tq sis..minta halal ye..

@@dewistudioofficial8395 oo..klu color hijau susu byk maksudnya terlebih santan atau santan terlalu pekat. kalau warna hijau susu sikit, maksudnya santan kurang. boleh cairkan semula dan adjust mana yg kurang 👌😀
