i'm hatin' and admiring your hair simultaneously. It's shiny, soft, HEALTHY, thick, no signs of traction alopecia. YOU GO "HEAD wit yo bad self GIRL. I wish my hair was a BEAUTIFUL and as thick as that. Just magnificently BE-YOU-T-FULL!!!!
This has to be one of the cleanest crochet feed in braid tutorials I've seen. And all up close in the camera so we can see every step. 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 five star video. And the braids themselves look super natural
Honestly this could be a way to add color to your hair with out the braiding part. I just imagined her putting her hair in a bun with streaks of color 😍
I don’t see why so many ppl dislike the video. I think you did a great and neat job. Only thing I didn’t like was your color choice. Still beautiful tho
I thought the hair color was to show your work so we could really see it. I would not have used it as a color for me, but it allowed me to see the work. Good Job
Things have changed...when I was growing up this was called two french braids. when I got older and started doing hair myself as a cosmetologist, goddess braids were the big cornrows that went to the top of the head with a braided bun on top. 😊😊😂 Your hair is healthy and beautiful! This style was cute. When it said goddess braids I was thinking oh wow are they making a comeback?...but this is different 😊🤗 nice.
@art galore. Same here on the name and profession. When I was little my mom did the two french braids in my hair for years...i grew to despise them. I was teased so much about my braids and now look at this. Good video nonetheless and I may try this out.
I'm mad with how easy it was to part her hair. My hair is crazy thick and I cant part it for nothing. I need hair ties and clips and it still looks an uneven mess. Mad hard for me to get it to look smooth like hers.
This is one of the smartest things I've ever seen and I am so glad I watched it😩.. like it might take a little longer but for people who really can't get the hang of feed in braids (like me😅) this is definitely worth the wait!
great work i wished the curly hair was mixed thou with black... girl u got talent and good muscle memory in u finger.s. my natural hair almost same texture and a bit longer than urs.. and lord knows my struggles... i love the look
OMG!!! IVE NEVER SEEN IT DONE LIKE THIS BEFORE!!! I dont like the crayon yellow hair but other than that I totally like the ease of this!!! Very creative! 😍
Tal B most African American women wear to weave as a protective style, to switch style or color of hair, and or convenience because it can be hard or time consuming maintaining healthy hair
I could not for the LIFE of me figure out what the hell was going on here but now that I realize what has taken place I am in awe lol this is a very creative way to do feed ins for ppl who struggle with doing them. I also was not expecting the ending great job!
I’m an aspiring cosmetologist, just now getting the hang of feed in braids. But I definitely love this method as well .. have you (or anyone reading) tried this method and actually found that it saved them time compared to the traditional way to feed-in?
Definitely agree this is the clearest video on this method. I tried other ones. And I ended up placing the braid and adding the hair pretty much in the same place you did. But I didn’t start my braid there. And watching your video it makes sense to place the braid w/ the hair your adding where your going to start your braid cause I was feeling lumps and bumps. Lol
Your hair so thick is beautiful by itself not feeling the hair you added at the end but you are very talented doing the crochet method best one I've seen so far
Yep, this is how I do my braids. Been doing it like this for around 10 years. I came up with doing it this way after trying to do natural looking fishtail braids with braiding hair and never liked any method I've ever heard of. The way I would feed it in was just okay as far as how it looked, but I've always done my hair in a way that always has people asking for appointments, so just okay wasn't acceptable for me. Everyone always thinks that it's my hair. It's so easy to install and remove!.
ALThickMadame Girl bye nobody was wearing feed in braids 10 years ago. Just regular braids🙄 you made this whole video about you 🤨just give the young lady her props .
I just love your technique thank you for sharing this skill . It definitely will allow me to be more versatile when performing feed-ins at the shop 🙌🙌🙌 YOU are AMAZING
She did a great job of using the latch hook close to the camera so we could see exactly how to add the hair to the braid!! Now I think I can also do this on other people myself!!
That’s dope as hell . I got a quick tip for you . When you put the edge control on the part and around the braid . Use a rat tail comb instead of brush. It gives it a cleaner look and it makes the braid a little better if you get what I’m saying lol that def is a dope technique thanks for makin this vid
This is such a smart way to do feed in braids. You just saved my life because I love the style but cannot do it the traditional way, it comes out looking a damn mess. Thank you for this.
I don't see how there are so many dislikes either. She is giving up straight game , but ayyye , how she came in at the end and showed y'all how to tie it down the "HOOD" way ! I hit subscribe when I saw that !
When you do it the branding looks so easy, my hair is totally straight and fine and I suck at braids so much I usually only get an ugly bun at the top of my head😋 greetings from México
Going through menopause has caused my hair to become very fine, gotten much shorter and developing some bald spots. I miss the the thick, beautiful hair I used to have.
this is the first time i am watching your channel and i am now a subscriber that was life changing i was like what is she doing then i was like wow wow this is amazing why did i not know about this earler thank you girl thank you.
I'M LOVING HOW YOU DID YOUR HAIR THANKS FOR THE VID HUN THIS JUST GAVE ME AN IDEAL HOW TO DO MY GIRLS HAIR BUT I'LL HAVE TO FLAT IRON MY GIRLS HAIR TO GET IT JUST LIKE YOURS CAUSE THEY STUFF ARE REAL THICK AND DON'T LIKE IT DONE AND THEY CRY WHEN I DO COMB THEY HAIR SO ITS BETTER FOR ME TO FLAT IRON IT OR BLOW DRY IT OUT FOR ME TO DO THEIR HAIR IF YOU DON'T MIND ME ASKING WHAT DO YOU PUT IN YOUR HAIR CAUSE WITH MY OLDEST I CAN'T FIND NOTHING THAT'S GOOD FOR HER HAIR SEE BOTH MY GIRLS HAIR ARE 2 DIFFERENT TYPES SO ILL HAVE TO USE DIFFERENT ON BOTH HEADS
The more you manipulate or “play” in your hair... the more it’s likely to break (also depending on how gentle you handle your hair strands). Me, personally, I do my hair every 2 weeks. The only time I touch my hair is when I’m taking a protective style out to do another protective style. When I was my hair, I either wash it braided in 4 or I wash my hair upside down and my detangle process takes long because I comb through it slowly... so it just depends on how you handle your hair
the only way it can be a protective style is if it last you at least a week and you don't have to do anything to it every night such as put rods, etc. but only to tie it up with a scarf etc. so it depends on manipulation
as long as you can wrap your hair at night, you should be okay to rock it for 3-4 weeks depending on product build up.... I only keep my styles in for 2 weeks as I love change but its def. not hard to maintain ... I barely did anything to my hair afterwards
What beautiful natural hair you have. I was beginning to cringe at the thought of you covering your beautiful natural hair. I enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing.
I feel like this is going to change my life I’ve been struggling so hard to do the feed in braids
Leina Sol me too 😅
Leina Sol me too. This is gonna be my summertime save for my preteen daughter. #nocurlyends
Leina Sol me too!
I knooowww right!! I’ll get confident and start then give up and just throw it back in a bun 😭
Adria Tee i feel ya !!

That's a good idea 👍😁👌
This was the best feed in tutorial that I've seen. Thanks for sharing your gift of creativity.
I don’t see why so many ppl dislike the video. I think you did a great and neat job. Only thing I didn’t like was your color choice. Still beautiful tho
She choose a bright color so audience can see exactly whats going on on video.
That's probably why a lot of people don't like the video because of the color choice.
Haters hate! That's what they do! She is bad with her stuff...
I thought the hair color was to show your work so we could really see it. I would not have used it as a color for me, but it allowed me to see the work. Good Job
why focus on who didn't like what so many people do? Set your mind on the things that are good and beneficial
Things have changed...when I was growing up this was called two french braids. when I got older and started doing hair myself as a cosmetologist, goddess braids were the big cornrows that went to the top of the head with a braided bun on top. 😊😊😂 Your hair is healthy and beautiful! My 4 year old just came up to me while I was watching this video and just said "Oh her hair is so beautiful!" And she certainly isn't wrong. :3
For anyone who is slow to catch on like myself , you can slow the speed of the video . This is one of the best tutorials I've ever watched ..
Black women are so creative like I would have never thought of this !! Your a genius ❤️
Niiiceeeee at first I was like “well wtf 😑🤔”. Then I’m like “Okaaayyy I seeee 😍😍” you just started something with me girl 😊 thank you 🙏🏾

iAmSeantaeMarie
You're welcome! I just hope my hair isn't too short for this style.
Your hair is beautifully thick.
Aria Pringle O God yessss !!!

I'm mad with how easy it was to part her hair. My hair is crazy thick and I cant part it for nothing. I need hair ties and clips and it still looks an uneven mess. Mad hard for me to get it to look smooth like hers.
Yassssss Girllllll......Beautiful Healthy Thick Hair. 😃
That's unique, the way that you put the hair cap on and then the grocery bag. We learn something new every day. 👌

Girl, this is the EASIEST WAY that I have seen to do this!!!! You don't have to feed hair in and I LOVE how you did the scarf!!!! Very creative!!!
OMG!!! IVE NEVER SEEN IT DONE LIKE THIS BEFORE!!! I dont like the crayon yellow hair but other than that I totally like the ease of this!!! Very creative! 😍
Youve just save one stylits life!!! For the life of me I could not get the hang of feed in braids. Thank you so much. Youve got yourself a subscriber!
Question: You have so much hair, why do you wear weaves, crochet and wigs.
Answer: because I love to switch up my style.
Tal B most African American women wear to weave as a protective style, to switch style or color of hair, and or convenience because it can be hard or time consuming maintaining healthy hair
This is what makes her have long thick hair because she braids put on weaves and protects her hair from chemicals.
Tal
Tal B no p0
Tal B I swear that is like my mantra! Lololol...if my hubby likes it then i love it!
Now I can try this on my daughter's hair 😍😍 This was simple, neat and came out really well 😘
I could not for the LIFE of me figure out what the hell was going on here but now that I realize what has taken place I am in awe lol this is a very creative way to do feed ins for ppl who struggle with doing them. I also was not expecting the ending great job!
Your natural hair is so thick and luxurious! Great tutorial ❤️
you just saved me a whole bunch of money 😍😍 soo cute and easy and natural looking , feed in braids are so hard to grasp. love this thanks ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m an aspiring cosmetologist, just now getting the hang of feed in braids. But I definitely love this method as well .. have you (or anyone reading) tried this method and actually found that it saved them time compared to the traditional way to feed-in?
Forget the faux hair, your hair looks thick, beautiful, long and gorgeous.
You know a woman goes the extra mile for her hair. When she as to use a shopping bag on that hair each night.
You go.
Yvena Louis I use the shopping bag to take a shower when I have long hairstyles 👍🏾
Yvena Louis might use it for shower cap
Omg i love how clean u braid. Make me wanna try this
When you added the pieces, did you make a knot. I Noticed that you pulled them as if to tighten. I love how it came out
thanks love... no knot was made
I just want to say thank you for this video. I just did two cornrows on my 9 year old using this method. This is so smart and easy.
Lol
You’re so pretty omg and have a beautiful, head full of hair. Also super talented. Keep thriving queen

That’s dope as hell . I got a quick tip for you . When you put the edge control on the part and around the braid . Use a rat tail comb instead of brush. Wow!! Your so talented and patient! Nice work little lady, looks awesome👍💟
This is so cute! Your technique is quicker and very clean looking. What gel and color filler were you using?
When you do it the branding looks so easy, my hair is totally straight and fine and I suck at braids so much I usually only get an ugly bun at the top of my head😋 greetings from México
Watching the Creation a straight part is so satisfying ☺

Omg yessssss!!! Imma try this for now on going to buy me a crochet needle
Great cheat. I'm trying this the next time I do this style. I can feed hair, but still need more practice before it's perfect. Thank you for sharing.
Your hair is unbelievably beautiful tho😱😱😱😱😱
You have beautiful hair already but GIRL! That’s great technique 👍🏽❤️
How do you maintain your natural hair I find mine so hard to maintain yet easy to break
Wash*
iAmSeantaeMarie do you think wash & gos can be define as a protective style? ... most people say it's high maintenance
the only way it can be a protective style is if it last you at least a week and you don't have to do anything to it every night such as put rods, etc. but only to tie it up with a scarf etc. so it depends on manipulation
Sherlan John
She is a pro at keeping her hair protected.
Dang you did so well... Dude I AM SHOOK❗
Oh I love your hair!!! So healthy!
She knows to BRUSH and comb her hair. And comb with the appropriate size comb, not snagging and racking with a baby teeth comb.
It looked good natural too!
Congratulations!! You have a lot of ability !!
Your real hair is healthy and beautiful....cute hairdo
Ok...so you are just a badass braider...hands down!
I'm going to try just the two braids today. wish me luck.
Looove it😍. How long will the hairstyle last and what's the best way to maintain it? I'm still a beginner to stuff like this.😔
as long as you can wrap your hair at night, you should be okay to rock it for 3-4 weeks depending on product build up.... I only keep my styles in for 2 weeks as I love change but its def. not hard to maintain ... I barely did anything to my hair afterwards
Thank you sooooooo much !!!! The is by far the best video super simple and gorgeous!!! I now feel super confident doing this style
What beautiful natural hair you have. I was beginning to cringe at the thought of you covering your beautiful natural hair. I enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the tutorial ❤ what a creative way to do goddess braids ❤👏
This method was SO EASY!!!! thanks for sharing!
I would recommend doing it on blow dried straightish hair. And apply edge control after. But I love how the braids I did with this method turned out.
Beautiful style, Yandy❤
I swear we melanin Sistahs are f^cking gifted! We are creative Goddesses!
A WOMANS HAIR IS HER GLORY HUNNNEY!!!! work dat thang!!!!!!!
