I loved this as a digimon adventure veteran and it was phenomenal . Plus Blitzgreymon and Cresgarurumon were so awesome!!

No he doesn't have a mode like that as far as I know, that was his evolution/mode change/transforming into omegamon Alter S

In alter s mode the greyhound arm is the gun and the garurumon arm is the sword

this show was great. though I did have issues like some of them didn't feel like... them. like Tai and Matt not butting heads was weird. there were times it took me by surprise though. like the preview for the episode Alteros mode debuted. when I saw the preview I thought "wait, they just brought in the sixth ultimate, are they really going mega now?", but when I saw that railgun arm I just about fainted. other times include

Mei’s Digivice is only a factor among others, without the others Digidestined, and by extension their Crests, Omegamon would have never reached a new form.

How is it possible that the translation is quite correct while the romaji lyrics are so wrong? It's like they got the translation from one place but, instead of getting the lyrics from the same place, they just wrote whatever they thought they were hearing.
