I gotta admit, the first time I saw this logo, when the sun was setting and the instruments changed to a trumpet, I thought they were gonna make a reference to Kung Fu Panda. Therefore, I thought this logo would pay homage to some popular DreamWorks films (e.g. Madagascar and Shrek). It would be cool if they did, but the logo is still great nonetheless.

I wish they at least kept the original Fairytale motif. Though even if they did, the filling up of the fisher boy's silhouette still wouldn't feel as satisfying as his older 3D animation. The DreamWorks logo is unrecognizable now.

It looks cool but I'm not a big fan of this logo. I still like the logo used by DreamWorks Pictures, which is owned by Amblin Partners. That old John Williams DreamWorks theme from 97 is still my favorite music score in any logo
