Very informative and analytical session on the literary genius of Franz Kafka. Professor Chaudhary, excellently, explained the chief characteristics of the modernist period and how Franz Kafka used these characteristics in his works and still continues to be a literary genius in the contemporary times. Prof. Choudhary explained the terms existentialism, surrealism, dehumanization, pessimism, alienation, absurdity etc very lucidly in a nutshell manner. Thanks to all the faculty members of UGC MHRD, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad for making such nice lectures available to us.
Can lecture be in hindi plese make translation in hindi its not understood we indian people hindi is national language u should with us who belong to lower area so plese make this in hindi also include some english term also in hindi translation i will be happy thanks
exam cracker jagdish Hindi is not the national language of India it is the official language. India is so diverse in terms of culture, race ,ethnicity, religion that it would be criminal to make one language as the ‘national ‘ language. It’s a very sensitive topic I rather not indulge in it and be vindicated for it if you know what I mean. And also I understand your predicament and need for translation but in my opinion if you plan to read English literature you also need to put some effort from your side to learn the language. Now coming to think of it, I hope you’d understand what I have written.
Before learning English literature, it's important to understand English But you better listen to professor Bhimsingh Dahiya if you have problem in understanding English. His lecture is easy to understand
