I fell into the Genshin rabbit hole and I never made it out.......no regrets
YES, I've been playing since release, it really the dream game i want, i get to enjoy this game not even spending more then 50$
The coolest thing about genshin is that you never have to spend money on it. I'm completely free-to-play lol, and all the content is free, save for characters, but even as a free-to-play player you get enough currency to roll certain characters.
What's also nice is the game gives you a chance to get free chars through circumstances. Like with the current short time event, you can get Freminet if you collect enough points for him and the minigames so far have been pretty easy if you ask me.
I have heard from people who arent F2P that said. NEVER spend money on genshin its more fun when your F2P
I get the feeling that first sponsorship is probably because she turned them down. Genshin Impact was probably the first to spring for backing up multiple dumptrucks full of cash to her house.

As a day 1 player, I thought it would be another one of those knockoff waifu bait. But, throughout 3 years, I have no idea how deep, and I mean deeeeeep the world is.
The stories in this game? Some flopped, some got guts to have players a heart wrenching experience with the most beautiful and poetic scenes.
Can definitely recommend going back on genshin, bunch of quality of life updates

I started a little late but I am enjoying it and my favorite character is the Raiden Shogun
So i do play Genshin quiet a lot and as far as for my favourite characters goes i love Kokomi, Raiden and the anxty boy Xiao
never getting into genshin not sure why
I refuse to play Genshin Impact on principle. I just know it would probably consume my life, I'd feel the need to pay for stuff, and it'd take up too much space on my devices. I'd just rather not get sucked into the rabbit hole, thanks. I already know plenty about the characters cause every single cosplayer cosplays at least half of them
if you didnt like Genshin try Honkai Star Rail i like it way more and its got a better story i like it way more give it a try

Hsr is fine but nowhere near genshin
I want to get this game, but I need to save up for a PS5, which might take awhile. My computer is no where near good enough to play a game like that either.
Man with the whole drama about star rails writers messing up the lore on purpose... yeah idk about the whole "story being better" thing
