I have wanted one of these My Bear Guys for so long. There are so many cute options for them. I also love their aesthetic so much. Definitely bara! I have that little merboy Barbie too. I think the elbow joint is actually a double; however, it doesnt get as deep of a bend as expected of a Made To Move because of all the musculature. Some companies have been able to work around this, but either have to sacrifice a bit of sculpt or still not get a super deep bend (Take a look at Storm Collectibles and Mafex figures for some examples). Most super muscly people in real life can't bend their elbows all the way either for the same reasons though, so it's not so bad imo
if you're feeling brave, you could take a dry brush with the right color paint and lightly color in the sculpted hair! so many cool details. even the boots have those wrinkles across the toe cap you get from walking around in leather shoes.
If he has browb hair, why his chest and arm hair are not painted? There are plenty of regular action figures that have painted hair in those places. Sometimes with the figure not having molded hair.
By the way, I'm just into DC Comics figures. That being said, the figures is incredible well sculpted, great calfs (the envy of many man) and, weird as it is to say is both adorable and arousing. As for the full package...again, obviously why It was done yet I found they did a great work there. If It was not that expensive and I had the money I'd get him.
I went to the brand website and... these are ridiculously overpriced. Also I noticed most, if not all, of the characters are Caucasian. Just something I clocked when I looked at the available products. Cute, I guess, but not for me. I'm glad you like him, though.
