As an intj, I can say that i am exactly like that with spiders. But... why identify it with poor tender infps? They are some of the nicest guys around, and some of the few who don't bother me. Don't let them mistreat you, infps.

You are far too tolerant with everyone, but implacable judges with yourselves. But you don't deserve it! You don't need external approval to know that you are worthy. Everyone makes mistakes, everyone feels anxiety and fear: it's human, you have to forgive yourself and always aim to improve yourself. Personally I think it would be a better world if more people had the sensitivity and kindness of you infp. And if friends and family love you and worry about you, there must be a reason ;-)
