Hey guys, so I had a lot of people ask to see Blue recently so I wanted to do a update for you guys with him. I also wanted to explain where I've been and whats been going on with me the past few weeks. Ive been so so busy & trying my best to quietly buy a farm, which took a awful turn yesterday. I didn't see this coming. Hope you guys enjoy the video!

We’ve been going through, literally, the EXACT same thing! We’ve been going through this for about a year now and let me tell you, it gets worse when you go so long without any luck. You feel like you just need to give up. Depending on your price range there’s not much on the market and when something new pops up it’s gone in less than a week. Trust me, I feel you😣
Oh man, that’s some bad luck! I’m sorry things have turned out this way. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that this can somehow still work out in time. If not, let’s hope that 3rd time’s the charm. I believe everything happens for a reason, even if it doesn’t seem like it in the moment. Thanks for including little cutie Blue in this video. I have missed him so much. Keep your chin up and take care.

I am so so sorry to hear about this. I know his it feels and it sucks. We were going to move to texas and buy some acreage but then it ended up not working out so now we are still here in our little neighborhood with like .6 acres of land. I hope that you will find a farm even better than this one. 😊
I completely get it. I've only been living in my house for 4-5 months now, but it was a struggle to do it. I'm the only income because I did it on my own, but I didn't stay at previous jobs for very long so a lot of banks I was working with were iffy on that and wouldn't go through their underwriters because of it. I thought I was going to lose this place and would have to wait another year to find something, I thought that it is just my luck, too, for that to happen. But I found a bank that actually worked with me on things, and I'm finally here. I have hope and send you all the loving energy that this next time will definitely be it for you to get your dream home. Best of luck!

Hey Lori! I have a baby Herman’s tortoise and I was wondering if I could get him/her a friend. If so do they have to be the same age, gender and could it be a different kind of tortoise? I have wanted to get another one and I’m just wondering if I have to buy a separate terrarium or if they could kept together. :)

Everything happens for a reason. If there was a will and the family are not interested in moving in then you may be able to liaise with family agent to buy and may even get a better deal if want a quick sell? fingers X
Sorry about the house! And I know it’s a bad time to ask but my hermit crab died recently and I have one left. He seems lonely and I know they need friends. He’s a medium sized crab not really big but definitely not super small. If I got a small hermit crab will they fight. Thought you were the expert I should ask! But like I said sorry about the house and sending prayers! Hope y’all are doing good.

I would think that if someone in the family wanted the house it wouldn’t have been on the market. It will have to be sold to someone so maybe your realtor can keep an eye on it?
Sorry you did not get the house you wanted. my parents have been looking for a while to fine one where I live to go to the same school but it is really hard and we liked this one house a lot but they did not except the offer so we went to go look at the other house we liked that was sold and our 3rd option was on the market but got taken down do to family emergency. So we are still looking because we need to live somewhere by April 24th because someone is moving in to our house. But anyway sorry about the house really inconvenient. But good luck with everything else that’s going on hopefully one day you will find your dream house again and you will get it.

Idk what in me said probably 2 minutes before you said "your seller died last night" thought in the lines of "you know it sounds like the person dies..." I kinda want to know if the lady knew she may die and accepted the 60k because she wanted to sell the farm before something did happened.

⚠️PLEASE READ YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP ⚠️Ok hi this is your most recent video I commented on a different one but I’m kind of desperate so I have 2 hermit crabs, I have 3 dishes for everything, things to climb, 6 in of eco earth, extra shells, heat pad, and 10 gal. Tank, and I haven’t seen them out in like 5 or 4 months, one of them is surfaced but always in the same spot, and the other I just haven’t seen, they don’t smell so I don’t know if they’re dead or molting or whatever, please ANYONE respond ASAP. Thank you

If you smell nothing & the food and water are being touched. They are fine. I see my hermit crabs maybe once a month- if that. I change food and water daily/every other day and mist. They are nocturnal mostly so they usually come out at night, and stay buried during the day. Mine have always loved being out at night when I’m sleeping. :) fresh fruit and veg make mine come out a little more but I usually miss them!

It was zoned for horses on 4 acres? That’s not very much for a full sized horse + friend when you take into account that land is not only for the horses. If you could find something with more than 5 that you can afford, I think you would be happier in the long run with how you can maintain the pasture. I have four horses and two llamas currently.

Lori’s Hartland I have two minis, they are a lot of fun! You can put any horse on a dry lot (minis are actually best on dry lots), big horses will just tear up land quick. They are so hard on land. I love being able to have mine on pasture for part of the year, cuts down on the hay bill! That does involve some pasture management though to ensure they get rotated and not over grazed.
I think the estate may have to honor the contract.
Get a realestate lawyer.
