I live in the US and I am not Persian, but I love Persian culture, music, and spirituality! I have continued to grow interest in the Setar and I would really enjoy learning to play and build setars. Can anyone hear suggest any resources, teachers, or pirs?

I'm surprised no mold was used to join the ribs together! Nice video! My only complaint: it was too short!!!

Just use a mold for the assemble it would be much more easier than working on the air!!!

Yes it is.

I swear by inner tubing, its amazing how much clamping power it has. I have glued up laminated hoops for drums using it, also segments and staves for drum shells. It is a great method because you can gradually increase tension by adding extra wraps. It doesnt stick to PVA or gorilla glue either so easy to disassemble afterwards. Plus the rubber is light as a feather. I have regular sash cramps but they are very heavy and not always easy to position on awkward shapes

در برش صفحه و ترکه ها تیغه اره باید عمود بر دوایر رشد سالیانه درخت باشد وگرنه سه تار شما هشتاد درصد افت صدا وقیمت خواهد داشت ، حتما وحتما این نکته را در برش چوب رعایت کنید ، ممنون

عجب سه تاری شد آخرش.من تازه سه تارو شروع کردم ولی فک کنم آخرش کارم به سه تار سازی میکشه تا سه تارنوازی.
