Factory of granulated feed Artmash {first start}

We demonstrate to our clients the operation of a large complex of equipment for feed pelletizing. This is a full-cycle line, from grain to prepackaged granule sacks. Almost continuous work in 2-3 shifts is possible. Three operators are enough to service the plant.

Customers plan to enlarge and add another granulator to the line in the future, so they immediately ordered a two-head feed auger. The necks are controlled separately, so now they can comfortably use one granulator.
During the manufacture of the plant, several modifications were applied:
• reduced the height of the mixer supports, as we were limited by the height of the ceiling in the customers' premises;
• made a double-headed auger with a 1.5 cubic meter hopper (standard 2.5 cubic meters) so that it does not take up too much space and at the same time holds the entire portion of the mixed feed;
• changed the shape of the dispenser hopper to increase the capacity. At the same time, the funnel-shaped hopper ensures that the pellets do not exactly stay in the corners.
Each piece of equipment is presented in the maximum configuration. The only exception is the mixer. It is equipped with scales, automation and aspiration, but an oil injection system and a gate with control of the customer's unloading speed were not needed.
