African pride has a honey, chocolate and coconut oil rinse out conditioner, & it works so well on my hair. (our hair types are similar). I use it as a pre poo!

Great comparison video. I have never been able to use Cantu. It left flakes in my hair and made my hair dry and hard.
I haven't tried the new formula though.
