"Sizzling in the Tropics" BBQ Cook-off

The 3rd Annual "Sizzling in the Tropics" BBQ Cook-off is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the McAllen Chamber with 30 cooking teams vying for the Grand Champion award in the following categories: Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Jackpot Beans, Jackpot Pan de Campo, Showmanship and People's Choice. The public is invited to attend by purchasing a $15.00 ticket that will allow them to sample from all the cooking teams - beverages are included.
