Yes there are some fee waiver options. Some universities do not have a tution fees but a semester fees which is not as high as tuition fees.

I don't think some of the countries you mentioned actually offer free education for international students, except for Germany. They used to at one point, though now it's only restricted to EU citizens. There are a few programs they do perhaps, but they're only offered in their native language or are PhD programs

yes you are right. Some universities have introduced fees from 2024 but still there are a number of programs which they offer free. Specially at the postgrad level. So you have to do a bit of search to find the right institution. Check the universities from the pinned comment above.

thanks for your question and watching my videos. I recommend to get preparation for IELTS. If you have good result and good IELTS score then you can try the countries I have mentioned in this video. You can also try in Australia and New Zealand for scholarships.

স্যার আমি ব্র্যাক ইউনিভার্সিটি তে fall season এ এক্সাম দিতাম। কিন্তু যে অবস্থা তাতে এক্সাম date পিছিয়ে যায়। কবে পরিস্থিতি ঠিক হবে জানি না। situatuon এর উপর বিশ্বাস রাখতে পারছি না। এই জন্য ভাবছি বিদেশ এ স্কলারশিপ এর জন্য এপ্লাই করব। আমার জন্য মোটামুটি ফুল fee হলে বেটার হয় লিভিং cost নাহয় দিতে পারব। শুনেছি জার্মানি তে এপ্লাই করলে ২২ মাস ওয়েট করতে হয়। কি করবো বুঝতে পারছি না। স্যার আপনি কি একটু হেল্প করতে পারবেন আমাকে? আমি ডিপ্লোম্যাটিক সিচুয়েশন এ আটকে গেছি।
To apply to Germany, you'll need to complete 25% of your credits at your home university. Better to consider countries like the USA with scholarships or S.Korea, Finland, and Denmark instead

Sorry to say but this video is loaded with wrong information. I'm going to Stockholm University for my master's and I know that Sweden is pretty damn expensive. And Stockholm School of Economics is not free for international students either. The scholarships have been drastically reduced after Sweden joined NATO and immigration policies are getting extremely difficult in the nordic regions. Please do your proper research before making any contents. Again, Sweden is nowhere near being reasonable but it's quiet the opposite of what you're saying.
Sorry to hear this but I know there are few students who studied in Sweden and the countries I mentioned as tuition free. By the way I didn’t say that Stockholm School of Economics is free. It’s one of the top ranked Swedish institutions. Some universities were free in the mentioned countries but recently they have started to take a semester fee which is not as high as regular tuition fee in other universities from the Western countries. All the best for your education.
