It doesn't make sense to have commercials in between this video. The point is to relax and stay relaxed for the duration of the therapy. Every time I had a commercial pop up, I had to reset....rattles my nerves.
Pain hurts but peace gives me hope to live. Thank you for this music because it’s not an obligation to do videos. God bless you and the good hearts left in this world 🙏
I understand how you feel. I can only listen to this with my earbuds in when I am alone in my apartment and all doors are locked including my bedroom door. Over time it does get easier. Journaling our fears while listening to Bilateral music is a helpful way to get through them.
Give up your burdens to god almighty he will carry you the lord Jesus is faithful when we go through difficult things it’s hard to trust but he will sustain and free you from these things it might not be immediate but when you foster a real relationship with him your trust grows

The only way I could relax today with my cptcd. As I was barely breathing with panick attacks, nothing else helped. The music calmed down my stress.
