As always, an honest product review . Don't beat yourself up when doing reviews, the majority of us are grateful you do the leg work for us, whether it's mirror protectors, wind deflectors, MPPT'S, camp sites, beer, or sausages !
Ahh bless you mate! It’s a hard decision to do them because some people do everything they get offered and we all get tarred with “RUclipsrs getting things for free” it’s never free, probably a total of 2/3 days faffing about to do these including emails to and fro with the company 👍
Honest Rick's reviews, brought to you from his place and Rowsley😂😂Seems decent enough Rick. Had a thought for a new channel, show us your work bench and compare vice sizes and if the owner has a full drill bit set😂😂Enjoy the break. Cheers K.
Yeah as I always say you need to buy appropriate to your use, does just enough for a weekend for us but if you’re a high use 230v camper you’ll need a larger unit. Thanks for watching and happy Christmas to you to 😊
Great honest review. I'm wondering for things like the 1200w hairdryer, because its just a fan and a heating element the unit drops the output voltage so as not to exceed 800w and you wouldn't notice slightly less heat and fan speed from the hair dryer.
Thanks Ricky for your review, it answered my usage questions. Just wondering how long the units life is ie how many charges it’s good for - will do some more looking but I think it’s all we need. Saw Caravantastics review but yours was more specific to how we would use it. Ta for that🙂
It’s got a 7 year guarantee I think and will last for 10,000 charges it’s the LifeP04 which is the latest technology so no worries there. As I’ve said on the Facebook page I do like to do a full review not just a token gesture to get it for free and appease the supplier 😊
I found the review interesting as I am looking at buying one in the near future, but was thinking of an Ecoflow delta2, I have also seen your review on this, having used both would you still have bought the Ecoflow ?
hey man, maybe you would be able to help me! please im desperate at this point. do you think I can charge aferiy p210 with solar and the alternator(car battery) at the same time?
I think the issue is you can only put 200w in via D.C. so even if you could it wouldn’t really be worth it, a better option is going in via A.C. Where you can put in 400w… you could power an inverter off the van whilst driving and then charge via that?
Nice video Rick, so as I understand when travelling from campsite to campsite you plug it into the cigarette outlet in the van to charge it for your next campsite while travelling. Missed your lovely assistant ( choo choo) and must agree with you on the tele programme, yes they are crap.😂😂😂😂😂
Yes you can charge it when driving at 100w input although you need to purchase the lead for that. H doesn’t really want to get into the product side as she doesn’t really do a “script” well and sounds robotic 🤣 (not a supplied script but a rough one in my head to try and get everything said I need.
When it is charging from mains plug . Does it make any sound / fan noise when charging I want to charge at library I'm allowed but my ecoflow river 2 was too noisy but my energiser one is okay but takes 6 hours and only allowed 2 hours at library thanks

An excellent review and a handy bit of Kit.
It is we use it a lot
A good review video - nice to know it's an honest one too. It looks a good size, especially for those of us with smaller vans and limited storage.
Yeah it’s a really good item I’m impressed with the brand!

I’m surprised that channel idea hasn’t been snapped up 🤣 it’s a good little unit though I’m honestly impressed with it 😊
Excellent review, clear and concise… we are seriously thinking about it. ☺️ Thank you
Thank you 🙏 I’m glad it helped 😊
Looks like a great power bank. Have a happy Christmas. Take care Gill
Thanks Gill you too, it is surprisingly good for the size 👍
Another good honest review Rick keep up the good work 👍.
Thanks appreciate it 👍
Seems to do what it says on the tin 👍
It’s a decent one in fairness bar the one 230v socket
Looks a good bit of kit that Rick, good discount code as well, also a honest review, which is always nice to see 🙂
Thanks Trev it’s a decent little unit I’m honestly impressed with it 👍
Looks a nice powerbank and seemed to cope well. A nice and handy peice of kit and an honest review. 👍 A nice discount code to for your viewers.
Fantastic discount yes, and it’s that good it’s been our default since we got it the EcoFlow stays home.
Very thorough 👍
Thanks Andy 🙏
Looks good ,very handy for perhaps camping but for a motorhome it's a little underpowered...but you two have a happy Xmas ❤❤

Good review 👍👏😊💕

Would make a perfect addition to our new CV20.
This wasn’t the giveaway one.

I’d like to try the equivalent sized Aferiy but the one we got is very good and is our go to over the EcoFlow purely for ease of carrying etc.
Can you charge the battery of an Electric bike?
Thank you
Yes but obviously it’s quite an inefficient way to do it exactly the same as changing the van battery like I did in the video

@@RickandHeather ye I think p210 model support 1000w via AC port so that could work
@@pijanysamurajahh gotcha I thought you were asking about this model😊

It’s not totally silent but not terrible
