Meh, I'm still getting both. Been playing both franchises since I was a kid still have the cases for Call of Duty and Battlefield 1942. When I want a fast-paced FPS; COD has always been my go to. When I want that realistic, squad-based teamwork I go for BF. When I say realistic I'm talking atmosphere, sounds and graphics(not so much historical accuracy).
Remove the Black ops pass and give cross platform and u will have the game of the year easy

Infinite Warfare was the only trailer with more hate than like because it was a meme. Most people disliked it for literally no reason and just disliked it because it was the popular thing to do.

Would you rather have a 5 hour campaign that you play once and it takes like 60% of their entire development team to make, or use those developer resources to make a replayable mode such as Blackout. Sure, Campaign is cool the first time, but it just isn’t replayable at all. I would much rather have them make more Zombies maps and have a BR than a Campaign.

Game shops are legally, not allowed to provide minors 18+ content. So parents get the game for them if they don’t mind their kid playing it. The zombies has gotten a lot more detailed and gruesome which i love. (I’m 21 btw). And blackout looks decent. Your comment “only kids play cod” makes no sense.

It looks cool, but I still miss the campaign. I mean yes, replayability on the campaign is limited, but all the memorable characters and CoD moments came from the campaigns. I know some of you are going to say that there was no good campaign after BO2, but *some* of those people are nostalgic to that moments. Take Infinite Warfare for example: yes, the multiplayer was bad, zombies was ... mediocre, but it had a good and emotional campaign. People tend to rate CoD games nowadays by their multiplayer/zombies, but forget about what made Call of Duty so special.

Silkz BO1 and 2 are some of my favorite games of all time and the Battle Royale from BO4 looks nice but no Battle Royale will beat Fortnite because you can build to push people instead of having to camp the circle laying down because there’s no cover

@@amirranjbar1995 both, I have a i5 7400k and a AMD RX 580 3gb, and if I have to put my settings for both multiplayer and blackout at the 4th lowest resolution and lowest settings just to break 100 fps on the multiplayer and just to make blackout playable I know the game inst optimized

this game dont need to kill fortnite, fortnites killing itself - over crowded map, uneven player distribution, extreme RNG, overly large weapon roster, extremely repetitive, cancerous metas like building and smg's, bloom, extremely boring if 10+ years of age. And to people who are going to respond with "the game is still the most popular" - yes but not for long, its peak was in march - since then the player count is dropping - we can tell from the extreme downhill spiral of the twitch, youtube viewership for the game - generally people i talk to have quit playing it as well and the community is always angry and has something to complain about due to terrible updates. so yeah in conclusion cod will further continue the downfall of fortnite but in reality its already on the way out and in 6 months the game will have a smaller playbase than cod.

Had to stop reading when you stated the peak of Fortnite was March. August was the peak, and it held around 80 million players. Literally everyone covered that and you still got it wrong. That tells me you literally don't know your facts, or you're one of those people that thinks commenting false statistics will make the game die manually. Either way, you're wrong and you know it. Blackout is not going to come close to the success Fortnite has and if you think it will you obviously don't know the game market when compared to how cosmetics (etc) work.
