Video Description: In the recent past, my visits to Uttarakhand only revealed the surface, the commercialized side masking the true essence of this beautiful state. Rarely did I glimpse the authentic Uttarakhand, the one steeped in culture and untouched by modernity. This realization saddened me, knowing that the genuine spirit of Uttarakhand was slowly slipping away.
Determined to reconnect with the soul of Uttarakhand, I set forth on a unique adventure - a journey to find the Lost Uttarakhand. And for this extraordinary quest, I chose to explore the pristine beauty of Harsil Valley.

Bhai. Agli baar jao Itne remote areas Mei toh wahaa ke camp ya homestay wale ko puch lo agar city se kuch chahiye toh. Like ek baar mei OTC medicines ke packet le gaya tha. Gaon mei sab waise bhi resources share karte hai. Ek baar mai woh 200-300 wale folding solar lamps le kar gaya tha. Apne liye jyada nahi hai, but unke liye bohot anmäl chef hai. Unka ek 3-4 Shante ka trip bachh jata hai.

I had been to Gangotri, passed by this village. It's on the other side of Bhagirathi. But due to tight schedule, couldn't go to HariShila.

Gao ka vikas jarur hona chahiye lekin waha ki shanti, khubsurti ka naash karke nahi.
