I Saw the entire application programming for car counting i have one doubt sir in the demo video it counts bikes also. is it possible to count only four-wheeler sir kindly tell me your suggestions based on your experience? On our campus, our management asking me only to count cars that's why sir. kIndly tell me is it possible?
Vehicle counter algorithm will count every single vehicle be it four wheeler or two wheeler etc.
You can do this work, you can count all these vehicles in different different part

TypeError: 'int' object is not callable
Sorry for the late reply - missing a comma:
kernel = cv2.getStructuringElement(cv2.MORPH_CLOSE, (5,5))
The way it is written you are trying to call a function MORPH_ELLIPSE(5,5) instead of specifying the shape and then the kernel size.
