Samoa rugby needs to reinstate the national local districts rugby competition to raise the standard of rugby locally.
Even school rugby needs to include all colleges from Savaii.
Schools from Upolu can travel to Savaii on the weekends if it is a problem during the week days.
Rugby competitions should be compulsory from primary levels upwards.
Our Manu Samoa should have pre games before any major international tournament.
Sad and bad looking at empty stands at Apia Park. It indicates the drop in the level of rugby administration locally.

I’m not surprised the inconsistency in the development of the sport is a reflection of the lack of focus on social economic priorities to emphasize.
