I've got the thin fit as I had it on my S22 Ultra and loved it so got it for my S23 Ultra. I used Incipio cases before Spigen but found that their multi layered soft part would mark after a while and the rigid part would crack, so I tried Spigen and loved the thin factor. It protects the cameras well to. I also bought the Spigen lens protectors and they work well, and they do not affect the clarity of the cameras.
I was drawn to Spigen because I wanted a case like the Optic Armour that has a sliding cover for the cameras. But since discovering the Spigen Camera Lens Screen Protector, which seems like an excellent idea, I wonder of the additional protection of the cover is needed, and am now thinking of ordering either the tough or rugged case plus the EZ Fit Glass.
Thanks for the reviews. The first case, and the back stand -- I have been using this design from spigen on my note 9 since 2018, no issues, used it a lot. The back panel got scratched from frequent use, but its barely visible (mine is black). Phone fell quite a few times, never any issues. I will be getting this case again for an upgrade phone. Cheers!
Really wish spigen did more innovation. Feels like they just stamp out cases that look exactly the same since S10 days. They don't even fix problems that existed from the early days, like tough armor case I used it on S10/note10plus/s21u and volume buttons were indistinguishable from each other and they still to this day and do nothing about it. It's nice their cases are relatively cheap since they just stamp them out without thinking anymore for the most part, but they make good quality product otherwise, and it would be nice if they would make small tweak and improvements to the designs from time to time.
I agree. It seems like it. Having said that I am quiet pleased with all my Spigen purchases for the samsung phones. Spigen please add more color options to your product.
I've used rugged armor for my phones since the S8. They're great.
I have been using Rugged Armor+EZ Fit Glass, both from Spigen, on my Galaxy S23 for weeks. Highly recommended. Grippy, comfortable and no issues with touch or fingerprint sensor while definitely protecting the device
There is no ez fit for s23 ultra unfortunately, the one available is bad and not easy at all to install

What about screen friendly ? I can find any case compatible with tempered glass from IMBZBK, neither spigen, ringke work. Side are less than millimeter from the screen. With daily usage, it pill of the screen and make bubles...
is the edge of the clear ultra hybrid of tpu material such that itll turn yellow after a couple of months? pretty sure the liquid crystal will as well wont it?
I like Rugged Armor. It has a good balance between protection, aesthetics and functionality. It makes it very easy to hold and even though you drop it many times, when you take it out and clean it years later, your phone looks like brand new. It looks like I will continue with Rugged Armor for Galaxy S23 Ultra. Thanks.

planning to buy s23 ultra to replace my OP5. I had Neo hybrid for my OP and it protected my phone for 4 years. Now I'm torn which one to get for my s23 ultra (hopefully) since they've made a lot compare before where your option is the transparent, rugged and neo hybrid.
Do the sides dig into your fingers?
Super torn. I loke the form factor of the neo hybrid but it concerns me that cameras are barely recessed. Meanwhile the slim armor offers nice protection but is wide in hand

Does the thin fit lift the screen protector on the sides?
love the review, im so divided between the rugged armor and the cryo armor, the rugged one seems a bit thicker on the corners which is good for protection, but the back of the cryo armor is getting to me, help!
What did you end up going with?
I've got the Liquid Air and it's fantastic. I had the Thin Armor on my S20 FE and S9 and it's a fantastic case as well. You really can't go wrong with Spigen at all. There's something for everyone.
Does the case finger print marks on it? I just bought a silicone one from another brand and I can see where I rest my fingers on the phone, so annoying

Rugged armor is great protection but my petrol green s23 ultra seems bulky to me when using. Im considering getting liquid transparent one.

No. As camera is protected with raised round edges
i ended up buying the UAG Monarch Pro because if i didnt remember wrongly the Tough Armor is quite slippery. and because the Monarch Pro has Magsafe.
does it impact the S-pen while using additional magsafe accessories?

Rugged armor is the go to case for me too.
I own Rugged armor for my S23Ultra and just upgraded My wife's S21ultra's Ringke Onyx case with a Liquid air from Spigen.
I like both. But now I am confused if I should get Liquid Air for S23Ultra as I already own Rugged Armor., I could use some help in deciding a purchase as they are not cheap ones to buy. :)
But the Cryo has the large camera cutout. The other spegan cases have better lense cutouts.
The link to the Spigan Optik Armor isn't a prime item meaning you'll get it 3-6 days later than the one that is a prime item. Maybe an oversight?

I would go with the thin fit. The liquid air is great but gets dirty fast.
Using the rugged armour since launch. Thinking of trying out the Thin Fit for its slim profile. I fear the Liquid air might show fingerprints and smudges.
Wish we had that pitaka case available in india.

I wish the Spigen cases for the S23 Ultra had magnets for Magsafe or other things. I know they have 1 for the clear one, but it's weird they don't have it for the other cases.
You must remove that film on Cryo because under it its a thermo conductor film that catch the heat of the phone redirecting it outside (passive).
