Hi Rafik! We have a Townhouse Masterclass™ coming out soon with all those tools! If you want early access, drop the team an email info[at]littlefishproperties.com.au and let them know you want to get on the beta list. It sounds like it will be perfect - we share all of that and a lot more, basically everything you need to nail your project systematically on your own :) Happy developing!
Hey Adam! If you Google development feasibility calculator you should be able to find a few options - then it might be a matter of a few tweaks to customise it for yourself :)
Great content Peter!! subscribed and looking forward to more content. How do you work out the costs of water, roads and sewerage when developing? Can you do a video on Public Open Space?
Legend, thanks Josh! And to answer your question, we are more townhouse developers as opposed to land developers which would require infrastructure such as the water, roads and sewerage you mentioned. For us it's simple tap-in and PIC :) And for sure, we'll see what we can come up with for public open space, watch this space!
@@peterkellyofficial Thanks for your response Peter! Don't you still need to run in the road, water and sewerage to the townhouses when constructing? Or is that the councils duty? Really appreciate it Peter, looking forward to the next video! Cheers
Gr8 vid Pete. Merry xmas! Re build cost: $14,000 per m2 at 30 m2? does this mean the dwelling is measured as 30 m2 floor space/interior only? I've seen some builders talk about the cost as - e.g. $2000 per m2 for a 170 m2 t/house build. Am i on the wrong track? thx for vid..
Thank you, I appreciate the feedback glad you're benefiting! The purpose of this video is more about the formula and different costs that need to be considered and less about the actual cost amounts. That said, I haven't done a video on how you calculate the build squares it's something I should consider doing though. A quick Google search should get you heading in the right direction though! $2000 doesn't seem right that's for sure!
Hi Peter, Are you guys ok to build a new townhouse in Melbourne west suburb with the town planning permit already done? If so i will contact with you sometime next week.

Divide meters square by 9.29 to get house squares
30 house squares = 278 m2 (approx)
Squares vs Square Metres
@@jasonjohnson7711 thank u JJ. So the industry terminolgy/jargon is 'house squares' when i'm talking to building professionals? ty friend
