I wonder what would have happened if they actually had to stay there alone together for far longer than they did, if they didn't have a way out. Would this amazing ship actually come to be? I wish it did!
I loved BonKai as soon as they appeared on my screen. It was so obvious that the writers were going in this direction (Bonnie / Bon = Good and Malachai / Mal = Bad, the connection with Sheila etc.) And I was really rooting for it. But then JP saw that Kai was becoming more popular than her precious Damon. Decided to offer Chris Wood another show to write Kai out of TVD. And they did it with so many plotholes. And to all of those saying Kai did horrible things to Bonnie etc. This is the nature of the show. Damon, Stefan, Klaus, Elijah, Enzo have ALL done horrible things but were able to have a chance at love and redemption. But when it came to Bonnie, JP pushed the rhetoric of Bonnie being too pure and deserved someone better? Well she didn't get a happy ending anyway so JP just showed her racist ass. Anyway this could've been the best endgame or spinoff show but I will have to settle for fanfictions.

Honestly BonKai should have been endgame. They have more chemistry in the prison world than Benzo ever had. Plus Stefan and Damon have done much worse than Kai. He might have killed his family but so did Stefan. Anyways BonKai4life!!!
