I just meddled through a comment section with the standard "FreeCad good" vs "FreeCad bad" garbage... While I'm still not a FreeCad user, I'm glad to have your channel around to remind myself that people can be civil, and that this program is honestly pretty cool when you get someone skilled enough to wield it properly. Wow, this is really cool! I could see this being part of another workbench, or just apart of freecad itself, it's very useful!

Is there a reason you don't use part design while every single tutorial I've seen uses that work bench.
Probably because of the attachment tools in the part workbench combined with discipline in maintaining the single/minimal workbench philosophy.
