A little-known tidbit of insider trivia: The Red Green Show earned most of its profits not from television but from their integral role in the Canadian automobile recycling industry.
That reminds me of one of my favourite memories from high school... there was this kid in my grade who was a late bloomer, so he had a high-pitched, whiny voice even though he was tall, and he was a bonehead (sound familiar?). He and my best friend, who had a habit of not taking crap from people, were having a really dumb argument, and I guess he decided his way to winning was to be as annoying as possible. So eventually he was right up in her face, the rest of us just staring, wondering where this was going. She played it beautifully. She just casually backhanded him to get him out of her personal space. Funniest shit ever.
Seeing that K car cracks me up my mom had 3 of them 2 of em blew up an my sister totaled the 3rd! Then my silly mother bout a Renault alliance! That’s all we could afford! God rest her soul! Boy we sure do miss her she was a great mom and we never wanted for anything!

@Rose-Marie Bothi I never watched psi-factor much. It was one of those shows which kind of embraced pseudo-science. It is amazing how much FICTIONAL entertainment has affected the belief systems of people in this country. I blame both religion and a failed education system. It is a truly sad thing to say that most people in this country, has only ever been exposed to science through movies and television. So when those shows start embracing nonsense as real, too many idiots let it become their education.
Ahhhh, that’s better, this is so much better than anything 2023 has to offer...save for the love of God. And THANK GOD for red green...except of course for the original predictive programming...WERE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
Mr. Red in Ranger Gord's cartoon confuses me. What is he supposed to be? Harold is a beaver, but Mr. Red looks like a cross between a lemur, a squirrel and a gnome with raccoon hands.
In many (most(?)) episodes during the 'word game' the candidate, just after winning, doesn't check the board to know which word was the target. It seems an unnoticed script error to me. Refund!
The last line of this episode was the best: "To join mensa you have to have an IQ of at least 150, so most of you are gonna have to work in pairs." 😃😆

Patrick McKenna is really a great actor. Props to him and all his efforts.
He was on a couple of episodes of Stargate SG1
@@kens32052 the downside about those was that if you only know him through the Red Green Show you wouldn't recognize his normal talking voice.
I love Harold. ❤️
@@williammerkel1410 same goes for Steve Smith. His real voice sounds totally different than Red.
ranger Gord was ahead of his time he predated the fat wheel bike .what an innovator Thanks Gord
Ranger gord smiles are perfect after each point he thinks he is making
13:07 One of Winston's best commercials.
Also, apparently the police officer is Walter.

Duck Tape it's not just a tool. Its a way of life
Pretty much everything about this show makes me feel like there was a place I could have found a niche! 🤔
Harold's real voice is really masculine ! ! But who's listening ? Right , Red ? 👍👍👍
Also eliminates the risk of eating steamed vegetables anytime soon
Harold's ability to imitate Red is honestly peak acting, that sounded exactly like him lol
4:40 Oh, Lord! It's Ranger Gord!
when I watch this, I just love trying to count all the duck tape he's got all around.
Harold actually looks better dressed up like Red haha.
lol love the "wide screen" upcoming summer movie ad :D
300 episodes, i'm surprised Harold has never been smacked

My favorite episode is…all of them. These guys were great
That is one really good impression. I'm impressed by that impression.
Thats one impressive impression. It impresses upon one the need to impressively express ones desire for impressive attributes in your partner.
Patrick Sanders that’s impressing on the impressive impressions;)
0:30 No need to remove the steering wheel, just get a manual, nobody else will know how to drive it and therefore won't steal it!

Now that Tony Curtis is dead, how do we tell if it's autumn?
Patrick McKenna (AKA Harold Green,) is still alive, so I guess they go after him, instead...... He's just as funny in the Murdoch Mysteries.

Judging from his attitude over the course of the series, Harold also needs to learn to respect those who are not as intelligent as him.

he is a possum.

Tony Curtis in The Great Race.
Jeez Harold cut back on the sugar intake.

Harold seems to be the only guy on this show with any intelligence. Even women and children are smarter than all the men of the lodge.
Opposite of funny guy? hmmm
Gord was much funnier before they started doing the cartoons and he was just a wacko......
Nothing changed about his bits except Red stopped visiting, it was played out years before but he was popular and easy to write
The one part I don't enjoy, but the bitter with the sweet...
