A lot of Coke Studio songs are composed and written for the first time to be aired in its episodes. While others are based on really old poems of this region or classical old songs with totally different genres and coke studio produces their own genre with combination of different instruments and additional lyrics as well. This slow Sufi genre might be a cultural shock for you guys but it settles in with time.

There are so many languages and dialects spoken in Pakistan....Sindhi[,[Sindh] [ Baluchi [Baluchistan] Pashto [Pakhtunkhwa] [Panjabi is of Punjab. Urdu is the national language. Besides these languages, Farsi, and Dari is also spoken Also Sariaki is another dialect spoken in Pakistan ...and then there is English..)

This is originally a sufi song written by a legendary 18th century sufi poet 'Bulley shah'...this version is a cover...and that instrument in the begining is not 'banjo', its called 'rubab'(like rab-aab), from northern pakistan/afghanistan...similar to 'mandolin' i guess...and that instrument nikki called tiny piano is a 'harmonium'...its origin is German...very similar to 'piano accordian'...its basically a very popular instrument in india-pakistan...every aspiring singer and musicians starts their career playing this instrument...being a classical singer myself, i can play this also 😊 Anywys, love from india❤️✌️🤘🙏🤗

The instrument you referred to as the little piano is called the "Harmonium" or the pump organ. It is different from the organs you guys are used to in the west. It could roughly be translated into the smaller version of the church organ but that's a rough translation.
