Tanya & Dave, thanks for the useful information you provide for more affordable hotels and restaurants in Vegas. Don't really think I would enjoy Vegas other than the food...yeah. It has always been my dream to see the Hoover Dam before I die, which I never thought I could afford even a two or three day trip to Vegas. But, because of the hard work you guys provide by searching affordable accommodations maybe, just maybe, I could afford a short trip and fulfill my dream to see the Hoover Dam. I get such a kick watching your videos - you guys are SO MUCH FUN. Hi, everyone! I absolutely love the Cosmopolitan. I had a Boulevard room when I was there and that view of the strip at night was everything!! And the pool- I lounged for hours and was at total peace. I brought my extra slippers home. The room, restaurant options, gaming choices and hospitality were top notch. Can’t wait to go back this fall and look forward to trying some of your recommendations. Great video, as always.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great video. From what I can ascertain you were at the Cosmo between Thanksgiving and Xmas. The $89 rate including resort fee is amazing.

I'm afraid to stay at Mandalay Bay. I know it's silly, but the terrible shooting there in 2018 stops me from feeling comfortable about staying there. Not that I think it could happen again, but out of sadness that it ever happened.

My friends and I stayed at Venezia tower 15 years ago or so; I also remember that we got lost almost every time we left our room! We joked that we needed to drop crumbs to mark our path! Back then, it was an upgrade to be put in that tower (it was before Palazzo opened)
Just came across your channel recently..love the videos. Planning a trip for 2023. One suggestion. Can you please zoom in on the QR codes for the in room refreshments. Lol i was trying to use the the qr scanner on the tv and it couldn't read it. Dave please hold the 🎥 steady. Lol

I agree with Mandalay Bay as a great luxury hotel. I like the pools, food and wide open Casino. I eat breakfast at the House of Blues. Good price and quality.

So happy to see both the Cosmo and Vdara on this list. I’ve stayed at both and love them dearly for different reasons. The Vdara steals it for me, even though the cosmo has it beaten on balconies.

Slippers are epic because I don't want to touch my feet to the nasty carpets in a hotel room! I always just buy "dollar" store flip flops so I can also wear them in the shower but slippers would be nice for outside of the bathroom!

Great review! I would also suggest MGM Signature as a reasonably priced, with huge and very nice rooms. I love the energy, enthusiasm and humor in your videos. You two are having fun and are fun to watch!

Love love love Vdara! What a hidden gem and so close to Aria and Cosmopolitan. Quiet and tranquil away from the strip craziness.

Off strip because I hate resort fees
Don't blame ya. Resort Fees are awful.
One of the reasons why Four Queens has been my Go to spot for a few years. No Resort fees, Near some of my favorite spots, Oscar's, Evel Pie, Circa Mega Bar and sports book and the rooms have 3ft tall Refrigerators . Resort fees are borderline extortion
Any updates on where you would recommend people to stay on first visit to vegas?
What type of atmosphere are you looking for? We would recommend staying center Strip, maybe the Cosmo (more hip luxury) or Aria (more modern luxury). Hope this helps!

How does one book that least expensive room at the Cosmo? I checked online but no prices close to what you paid.
It's an offer that they 'at will' extend to their rewards card members. They usually will email you that offer. So we always suggest getting the rewards card. Many have told us they had the same deal as a rewards member.

But they tore the Travelodge Down
