Great Job! So clean and crisp! What do you call that type of strumming in the second song (not really strumming but more like whipping your nails against the strings) and does it require super long nails?
Sandy TG thank you, Sandy. I know what you mean, but I don't know how to call this technique. The nails don't have to be too long though. It' s not necessary for this technique to be used.

ahh. ok. I'd to love learn it as I think it would mesh nicely with my usual arpeggio like finger picking pattern and really just to change things up a bit. I see others use this as well. I like the crisp sound it generates in the song. Thanks, anyway. I really enjoyed it and am subscribing to your channel.
It's a percussive effect by hitting the strings at rhythmic intervals while picking . Steel string acoustic players more often utilize this technique in finger-style.
