I think that looks super cute! Christmas is a state of mind, not a certain date lol. I mean, obviously it is, but the Christmas SEASON is whatever you want it to be! I am all here for Chaotic Destinee I love it bahaha. And I'm so glad your hubby is finally home so you can have some semblance of a normal life and be together for the holidays and the end of your pregnancy! I'm totally not a decorator person either. I do have a mom, but she's as much of a tomboy as I am, so we never really did any feminine stuff like that in my house growing up. But with the gingerbread houses, you don't really need to be creative. They come in kits that do all of the decorative planning for you. So if you want to build one, don't let that stop you! What you really need to make a good gingerbread house is patience because they are surprisingly difficult, especially when you're dealing with the chaos of toddlers and animals. But if you've never done it before, you definitely need to try it! It will probably be a disaster, but if you make it a whole thing with your family, you can all laugh at yourselves and have a good bonding experience anyway.
It’s definitely a state of mind, I’ve been thinking about Christmas since October 1st 🙄🤣🤣 I appreciate that because I’m really not chaotic lolol. And I feel that so much lol I’ve always been such a tomboy and wondered why I’m not “girly and feminine” like I have no clue how to style my hair or wear makeup or dress in anything other than sweats and tshirts 🤣🤣😅 I’m really considering trying a gingerbread house this season but yeah I’m definitely gonna have to release control and just allow my son to make it as chaotic as he pleases. As much as that’s gonna hurt my perfectionism lol 😵💫
