The saddest part for every kpop fan, when the eldest hyung has to leave for military enlistment. DY, as a leader looked after the members really well. I'll miss him. He's that person who would quickly help every other members in their golcha cam missions, even without them asking for it. He's the most generous leader I've seen. I'm a Goldentasy, my two favorite groups leaders are going to enlist and I'll miss them a lot ❤️🥺
For real I think I cried for the whole night when he announced it. I can guarantee that no goldenness can hold back their tears when Jangjun start crying! His expression is just so heartbroken and real. And we all know how this is the first time we saw Jangjun cry ever since debut, to understand that the reason he finally cry is Daeyeol. The fact that Joochan is the one who talk about the enlistment first when Daeyeol lost a word by the event makes it all the more endearing. I think we cried for three days straight everytime Daeyeol appear on timeline in twitter lol
But seriously I'm thankful that Golcha were able to do the concert. I was praying so hard for like a month or more that not only Golcha but Goldenness to be in good health so that the concert will be able to run. That's why I'm thankful that it went well. Honestly as a leader, Daeyeol probably feel that he received less spotlight, less love from Goldenness because usually leaders are in the shadows because they put the spotlight to the other members. They're the one working hard behind the scenes coordinating the group, the one who is the shield of the group, the one who will receive the criticisms first. The one who need to sacrifice the most. And leader or not, Lee Daeyeol is that kind of person. A selfless person. Therefore I'm glad that in the concert, we were able to convey our true feelings towards him. That plane event was so endearing and I'm thankful that it happened. Daeyeol oppa needs to know no matter what, no matter who our biases are, as a leader, he has a designated special place inside our heart. p.s : when he said that we are babying him even more after the concert, I truly felt that he must have think he deserves less love and it hurts me but at the same time I'm happy that he was able to feel the abundance of love that we have for him. He needs to know that he deserves so much more. Our one and only precious leader, Lee Daeyeol.
For me, when I was watching the concert. I too was holding my tears back as well. But, when they were singing Milky Way, specifically when Joochan hugged Daeyeol and it was just silence. And at that moment I was goner, my tears were just falling down my face. Like it was a waterfall. And also the group hug as well too. Ahh! I love them so much as much as I love Goldenness.
