It’s 2 year video but it still relevant. Thank you Sir.
Sir please never stop making this kind of videos.....I can say this is the best video on youtube about the booklist....and I am not a cat aspirant but a clat aspirant and it helped me a lot...
Thank you sir😊
thank you for the kinds words beta... I will try my best for sure kid... :)
I been following sir since a year and the Messiah for those who are self preparing , keep up the good and genuine work and a thanks a ton .
Should I read norman Lewis word power first or start developing reading habits first through novels
if your English is very poor beta.. then start with Word Power Made Easy..
if your English is at least decent, then directly start with reading books..
Hmare pyare sir and mentor
Sir why aren't you uploading the videos?
Beta, I haven't been keeping well for a few months... so not able to record new videos.. things will improve fast enough hopefully and I will back with more videos :)
Let's see..
Thank you so much sir for this detailed video.
I think the first part of the video is the most important point to consider as I can relate to it when I read 1984 by George Orwell, there you have to think about the author's view and the hidden info he's giving using your analytical skills.
Thank you sir, will work on this 15 books now.
Sir you are real miracle for most of us❤️ lovely sir💫
Thanks a lot for genuine guiden.
Sir comprehension skills ko zero se kaise improve kre??
Please reply
exactly jaisa yahan bataaya hai vaise bachhe.. small steps are the key.. do not skip lines while reading and read a page twice if need be but try to understand the whole meaning of things.. by chance if you end up reading something that is too difficult, stop and pick something else.. and if you are reading something which is too easy for you, stop.. and pick something else..
It's almost like gymming, you always challenge yourself but never too much..
Sir please add the authors of the books in your description as there are multiple books of same title and thank you for the video ❤

Hello sir
Thanks for the guidance .
Please update the telegram link as it is not working.
How to spend 3-4 hours when you’re already working and also have to prepare for quant/ LR Di in the other 4-5 hours that are available through the day?
well, then you can't prepare in a short time span beta.. it's as simple as that.. we all need to be realistic about our preparation time.. If you follow someone else's plan, you will fail..
If your job is very hectic.. you either need to make a longer preparation plan or need to squeeze more time from your schedule by cutting down on all hobbies/friends/entertainment.. but the number of hours that need to go in.. will need to go in.. there is no shortcut.. no way to achieve more in less time, unfortunately...

Sir can we use books like psychology of money , do epic shit etc. to read for level 1 ?
yes.. you can beta..
thoda sa timeline clear kardo sir for someone example starting from march kabtak 7 books padhe and start the hindu. thanks again for this video
there is no such timeline bachhe... it's not like you have to finish 5 books in 3 months or 4.. you have to spend 3-4 hours daily with a book.. after that if you finish the books in 1 month.. good.. if you take 4 months.. still good.. but the daily time and thinking over the ideas of the book should not suffer..

Hiiiiiii grateful sir !!!
If i start from today and give 3-4 hours everyday. Can you tell me expected timeline or deadline to complete these 15 books ?
how can i beta.. I don't know your current reading proficiency.. if you are starting from almost scratch (like 90% of the country), then ideally your daily reading time should be more than just 3-4 hours... and with 3-4 hours, you shouldn't even try to finish all 15 books before CAT, but if you are already at a good level, then 3-4 hours might suffice... then depending on how good a level you are at, it might take a whole year or just 6 months to finish these books...
Sir , i suggest that you should have rather have podcast style of video presentation and see the outcome hitting the roof.
hmmm.. interesting.. well, suggestion accepted mere bachhe.. I will try that for sure.. :) it will be a fun little experiment for me as well..
Are these books available online in pdf format
All of these are highly popular books, so you should be able to find them with a little bit of search.
@@PerennialLearner ok sir. And what is the average time that a person should take to complete these books
@@pratik12216 well, bachhe.. there is no such average time to be honest.. anywhere from 1-2 weeks is fine.. point is to spend a lot of time everyday.. and not focus on the end date..
@@PerennialLearner ok sir. I will definitely start and complete the books
Sir should I read these books in pdf format or in hard copy cause many RUclipsrs says that you should read in pdf format cause exam is online.
People advise that??? Oh my.. that's some next level nonsense..
just because the exam is online doesn't mean you should do everything online.. why practice with hard copy material in that case at all?? Nobody should buy quant books or practice material.. should students do everything on laptop because they have to spend 2 hours in front of the computer on that one day... Stupidity..
Read in a format that helps you build a habit, beta... once you have a habit, the mode and the medium won't matter...
Hello Sir,
I am a level two reader. I wanted to ask if I can read Indian Express instead of the hindu as it has better sections like explained and ideas while the hindu is very much based on political news of which I'm not a big fan.
han han beta.. IE is very good..
Sir also telegram link not working
Very low sound of voice
sorry mere bachhe.. some of the old videos have a sound problem I have been told.. on laptop it doesn't create any problem but on mobile phones I think the sound remains low.
Sir i am preparing for other aptitude exams such as Relevel by UnAcademy, and aptitude exams for company interviews these aptitude exams have syllabus similar to mba cet in terms of verbal ability and logic reasoning with topics like graph lines, pie chart, binary logic in reasoning and grammar, fill in the blanks kind of verbal topics in verbal ability sir which books should I prepare them from since RS Aggarwal doesn't cover all of such topics?
well.. unfortunately, I don't much about the competitive tests you have mentioned here... but if the topics are same (which is the case with most competitive tests) then Sarvesh Verma should be good enough. It's a pretty comprehensive book.

And these are the topics for verbal ability
@@safashaikh2894 well.. going by the topics, I guess RS Aggarwal is good for these.. but at the same time, once again.. I don't know the difficulty level that will be coming and both in Quants and Verbal, within the same category of questions, the difficulty level can change drastically.. which means the material should change drastically... as long as you are preparing for a speed based test, RS Aggarwal should be fine.. beyond that, I can't say anything beta... you better ask somebody who specialises in these tests..
@@PerennialLearner I know sir just taking an opinion i have rs Aggarwal but it doesn't cover all the topics especially in reasoning
I should have seen it earlier
Sir after how many novels one should start reading THE HINDU AND AEON??
bachhe.. Boot detail me video me ye hi bataaya hai maine.. :) I think the answer to this question is already in the video.. nahi?
Sir i came across this video today and it's already 7 of july so how should I manage to read all 15 books beyond my cat prep as it's only roughly 4-5 months left for CAT
don't read all 15 kiddo.. aim to read 8.. in 4 months.. 8 are doable and good enough..

it's a good decision, bachhe... your profile is great, don't worry... with 2 years of added experience, you will have very good chances. Still, since you are an engineer, you will have to score 99+ to get calls from old IIMs, so you better not lose your touch with numbers in these two years and better develop a healthy reading habit too..
