Hi Virginia! My name is Miles! I'm 62 yes old. I'm a runner. I run and do calisthenics alternately every other day. During my workouts, I sometimes have problems warming up because I feel lazy doing it sometimes. I've been working out for the past forty years. So boredom gets in the way. The other day I don't feel like warming up . I opened the tv and I stumbled upon your video dancing footloose! With the beat, I feel like I was energized! I danced with the video and I got my warm-up. But the best thing is, watching your video awaken the dancer in me. I didn't know I can dance ! I mean I enjoyed dancing! Thank you very much for this video. I'm trying to learn the dance steps now and maybe I'll be dancing in my own video in the future!
