I hope that you were able to turn the fan off and cool down the second that you finished recording. And yikes! I had no idea that a dairy allergy could cause you to choke up blood! But I do now. It's so good to hear that you've taken all of the medical advice and have been looking after yourself. I hope that you are doing much better these days. And as you say, although it would be great if you could vlog and RUclips more this year, we understand that your health comes first.
