You are correct, Jesus is not an emotion. Love is what he gave and what I feel therefore Jesus is love. The church is not Jesus, church is man made. I respect your beliefs 100%. I hope you find comfort in their songs. I don't preach or try to convert anyone, not my place. Salvation is personal and one has the right to not to believe, Please don't take ,this the wrong way, But I will pray for you. It is what I do... I hope you live a wonderful life and have great joy and success.
That's assuming Jesus even existed in the first place. He certainly didn't go to Jerusalem. His so called teaching of love is nothing I would have figured out on my own. I don't need Jesus to love. It is imprinted on my heart and I love all people and animals no matter what their beliefs.
Thanks for the kind thought but to think that Jesus is an emotion is ludicrous and redundant of centuries of church dogma. I love and don't believe Jesus "saves". Does that make my love any less than yours? I love the Peasall Sisters because they are good musicians. I could care less what their religious beliefs are to be honest.
