Thanks for your complete everything ❤. I just ordered my first airbrush which I thought I would never do. Because I see so much beautiful things online that I wanna try 😊
This was very helpful. Please tell us how to clean the airbrush when using cocoa butter. I’m waiting to find out how to do this before I put cocoa butter in it. Thanks so much! Your videos are great quality, easy to understand and the techniques exquisite. 😊
Hello. If you took your time and watched my other videos, you would have the answer. 😉. Use light colors first. Empty, dry with s paper towel. Put the next color. Inside. Spray on paper until color changes. To clean. Heat gun, empty, dry, put melted clear cocoa butter at 60-70 C inside. Spray until clear. Or spray with pure alcohol😎
What other equipment do you use? Um like thermometers, heating devices, trays, etc. I'm interested in trying to make bon bons and chocolate so any help would be very appreciated!!
Hi Markus, I have a technical question, I hope you can help me with that. I am using a good compressor and an average airbrush (not good quality), good enough to make my first experience. However, I realized that the air that comes from the compressor is cold that means that while I use the airbrush the colored butter stops to come out form the airbrush because it gets solid inside the system. Have you ever had this problem? I honestly think that the air from the compressor needs to be cold because of some physics, so I don't know if it's the airbrush that is not good enough or the compressor that brings too cold air. Please let me know what you think about it.
@@SweetKitchenSkills Thanks a lot. I didn't pay enough attention to your video! By the way that means that you can spray for a short while, like 5 minutes because the gun will soon reach the room temperature and the butter will get solid. isn't it?
Hello Mister Markus grigo this video is really useful, but I have a question please do I need to do the tempering process for cocoa butter before using it?
Thanks a lot man for your videos, i really learned a lot. i even watch the same video couple of time. i wish u can make more new design to feed our brains :) and more details info wont hurt, thanks again
Hello and welcome. I find that 0.5 mm is blogging much faster. Works for fine delicate work and small amounts that have to be sprayed. If you need to make many molds and larger surfaces, i would even recommend 1 mm nozzles!
@@SweetKitchenSkills Thank you for your reply I installed the 0.5mm nozzle & needle last night I’m gonna give it a try if it doesn’t workout . Im definitely gonna return it and pick up the same setup you have I wish i saw your video before I purchased my setup
@halimaaraar2830 hello. When you buy your airbrush, ask there which compressor to by. It really depends on how much Air your Air brush or spraygun needs. And the compressor needs to deliver that amount. Air-brushs you use typically for home bonbon productions. They dont need so much Air and airpressure. And yes, wich Compressor to buy still confuses me to😉
Do you know how many decibels the compressor is? Loud noise would be an issue. Or could you recommend a more quieter one? And could any air gun be used with any suitable compressor? Love love love your work and videos 😍😍😍
Hi, could you show whats the easiest way to change color? coz its a pain in the ass for me to change color and clean the airbrush. thanks! and awesome videos!
Hi there, what is the hose that you use for this set up? Are there any adapters or converters involved? I see that the airbrush does not come with a house and I am apprehensive to make a purchase, I would really appreciate the insight. Thank you!
hello sir: when I use colored cocoa butter it gives a bad taste to chocolate bonbon. i mean the taste of the cocoa butter in general is not good. do u have the same issue as me? thank u
A bit silly question but I’m still struggling with the polycarbonate moulds-I’m still ordering from different places to Uk all come with too tiny shapes(can’t have enough space to put the filling) Some don’t have the bottom part Can you recommend me brand or moles I can get
Hi There! Thanks so much for posting this video! I have purchased about 4 compressors now and im struggling to get it to work perfectly. Initially I purchased a compressor from my local DIY store and it works really well but I didn't realise just how loud these things were so I purchased a smaller, small cheap one that gave a very thin stream of colour that would just collect at the bottom of the mould so that didn't work. This is a hobby, not a business or anything like that so I purchased the Sparmax 501X but honestly it's pretty much the same as the cheap compressor.... What am I doing wrong? Is it the compressor? The industrial one works so much better so perhaps I didn't buy the right Sparmax one?..... Ive probably dropped about £1000 on this hobby now and still nowhere near perfect - HELP! :)
Omg. I’am Sorry to here that. A compressor really helps you to get color into the mold. More pressure, helps you to avoid blogging and gives you more color. Did you watch my video on right mold temperature? Very important that your molds are at about 16-18C. Also remember to ise tempered cocoa butter. If your room temperature is above 20C you need to work very fast. Also remember to turn your molds after spraying 3-4 cavaties, if the cocoa butter runs back. I hope you will succeed.
@@SweetKitchenSkills thanks for your time and advice! I will have another go with my Sparmax compressor and ill chill the mould as I wasn't doing this previously. I just notice that the industrial compressor gives off far more 'spray' than the Sparmax one. I can see when you spray the colour comes out almost immediately whereas I need to get right close to the mould to even see it.
Hello. I´am not a chocolatier. I only teach people how to make them. I have a video on equipment. Watch it. I also use a normal digital thermometer, not a laser one! And a heatgun. Nothing special. Just a heatgun. Have fun.
Sorry. Please write in english. And if you are asking for a MadterClass, i dont have them at this point. A good idea is to see all videos about my bonbons. All the answers are there😎
Wash with soap. Rinse with water, blow off the water with airpressure. Then clean with 100% alcohol. Wipe with fiber cloth. Remember to watch all videos before asking. Most questions are answered in the videos.
