Without forgetting local fruits like durians,mangoes...We love so much Num Kreap Bai Dam Neup!!!.Seyha was well explaining their adventure! It 's from Thailand.I see the word Tom Yum as the name of the instant hot and sour paste sold at Asia and Europe.It's made from tamarind,water,salt,sugar, shallot,lemon juice,lemongrass,chili,galanga,fully refined soysauce oil,kaffir lime leaves.In restaurants or at home,they make the thai soup with seafood or chicken with Tom Yum and this soup is called Tom Yum soup.
