Lekker nat, ploegtrekker heeft mooi veel slip, prut grond onderin, zien we volgend jaar wel weer. Het is maar een extreem jaar
Prachtige video! 👍
Dankjewel!
Looking at this two things come to my mind : 1) how come the seed tubes don't get blocked by mud 2) has there been any fertilizer applied before ploughing ?
1) seed discs don't get blocked very easily... for that drill under heavy conditions it is recommended to buy 15 cm row distance instead of 12.5 cm
2) i don't see any tire tracks, so i don't think so... normally it isn't allowed in lot of countries in europe to apply fertilizer in autumn (esp. nitrogen and phosphorus)
Amazing video 👍 great machine 🚜
Thank you!
What do you sow in winter?
Slick as snails snot
Beatifull 😊
A T234 for 5 furrows.
I've almost the same plough, with 5 furrows too, with a Valtra T120 in much more clay based heavy soils 😂😂😂.
Why coupling so much power to this plough? You do prefer transfer your margin to tractor dealers than keeping it?
Not all ploughs are the same. You probably have a 12" mouldboard while he has a 16 or 18" one.

I'va got a Kverneland EG 110-5, with Varilarge system.
You can use it in 12, 16 or 20''.
I use it in 16'' 90% of the time, except in slopes where I use it in 12'' mode.
A plough, it's 25/30hp per furrow. In the 60's, it was 1 furrow with 20/30 hp tractors
In the 70's arrived the 2 furrows with 40 to 60 hp tractors (Someca 540, ih 553, etc). In the 80's the 3 furrows with 70/80hp (ih 745, Ford 5610, fiat 80/90). In the 90s the 4 furrows with 100hp tractors (case 5130, NH M100, etc.). In 2000 the 5 furrows with 120/130hp. My neighour had even a 7 furrows plough on trailer with a Renault Temis 150hp, it went really well.
But today, we see a power up to 40/50hp per furrow. It's a non sense.

See this video wideo with a 5 furrows 12'' plough with a 2wd 100hp tractor.

OK, it' s a light soil and IH tractors have high torque engines, but 120hp is enough for any 5 furrows plough for sure.
Desperate lads mind. Its too wet for either job really here.
Looks slightly wet from here. Stay safe. Use that horsepower
Lots of weelslip😮
1164 County on Kleber tires would have had less wheelslip.
The brand of the tyre ist not so important, than the design type. Belt tyres will perform better anyway.
But, if possible, it's better to stay at home under such conditions.
Is toch ergens in Nederland? Flevoland schat ik?
