For today, I made moist chocolate muffins.
I added coffee to make it more flavorsome and added yogurt to make it moister.
It is a recipe with simple ingredients and easy making methods.
Mix all the ingredients well, and that's it!
To tell you some precautions,
put all the ingredients at room temperature and use them when they are not cold.
And when you are panning the batter, be careful with adjusting the amount.
If you put too much, it may overflow while getting baked.
Also, if the temperature for baking is too strong, the top part might get burnt or you might not get a beautiful crack on the top.
If you follow these, you will have successful muffins!
