by the way before you did format all, did you back your nvram and nvdata? because this partition will erase if you did format all. make sure u have a back up of your nvram and nvdata for IMEI. oppo custom can fix that issue to boot up your phone normally.

Even if you have succesfully flash different nvram and nvdata, the IMEI will not restored. You will fix the Warning Nvram error code in wifi settings but not the IMEI.
