It's great to hear alexi's insight on making albums. Also surprised he has toned back on the drinking just because besides their music That's what's they are known for lol but that alcohol has fucked him up in the past So It's fuckin sick he's deciding to wanna be 100% feeling good on the road. 1:10 that long ass word in the subtitles lol
7:18 interesting. he says that he doesnt want to make the same album twice, but to my ears everything after are you dead yet is the same album... id love for them to go back to the reason i listened to them... io wouldn't mind
Bands change, you have to deal with it. I'm not saying you're wrong because I feel the same way, I had bought Something Wild, Hatebreeder, and Follow the Reaper. Everything after that I just couldn't get into. I could say the same thing about many other bands too, when it comes down to it yeah we are the fans but they play music for themselves. Think for a second and ask yourself, would you play something because it's what everyone wants, even if you don't like it? Last time I checked that's called selling out.
@8:01 the interviewer says "first demo was the best" but his accent is so bad that Alexi thought he was talking about Dimmu (Borgir), atleast that´s what I think happened :P
His accent at times sounds so Americanized and at other times it sounds so Finnish. I feel bad for the interviewer, though. It seems like he has difficulty speaking English. Why not just do the interview in Finnish and have English subtitles?
I love this man.. I love watching him play. he will always have a place in my heart..
can't wait for your next tour...NY will be on the list I hope...
Will never stop missing this man💟💟
I miss hiiim so hard😭😭😭😭😭
What I would do to have a conversation with Alexi.
There's " Scareligious Scorn" from Dimmu Borgir playing in the backgroud at about 3:00.
Alexi is awesome!
Sounds like serpentine offering to me
Alexi, I see you're taking care of yourself again, that's good...keep it that way, and we'll have COB and Laiho for ages...see ya on the road! XD

Nope. The riffing is pretty unsimilar.
Then you're deaf
Well since its their music and they make it then they could tell its not the same cause they wrote it.

I FUCKING PREFER 100000 HATEBREEDERS THAN ANY OF THEIR NEW SHIT
Alexilla on kyllä suomalaiseks kunnioitettavan hyvä ja sujuvan kuulonen aksentti.. Ihan samaa ei voi sanoa haastattelijasta. :D
+Cliffer666 kiitoksia hyvästä palautteesta. ;)

COB can do no wrong in my eyes \m/
He almost sounds American
Been touring America for long so no wonder he catches the accent.
He lives in LA like half of the year, lol.
That's what influenced his music: FUCKING AMERICAN METALCORE SHIT.
What album does he say that he likes towards the end?
The new album from Body Count lol
what does he say at 8:43 ? what's the album/band that he's talking about? I can't understand what he says there xD
***** tnx :)
***** hahaha buttercoin :D

Alexi should start smoking weed before the shows.
It doesn't hurt the next day
and it makes you more creative!
oh looks like pirates of caribean xD
Dear Alexi, you lost some pounds... like... ALL of them.
