There are a lot of deaf people who are great dancers. First of all there is a spectrum for deaf people so some of them for example still can hear the music to a certain degree but not understand the words clearly. And a lot of deaf dancers orientate through the vibration of the music, like the bass. :)
@@Levk3If you get a cochlear implant you are still fully deaf, at least in the ear you got the implant in (or both). They could have some hearing in one ear or also feel the vibrations but yeah CIs can also give you some perception of sound (although it's not technically considered "hearing"). ~:~

As far as I know the members are not fully deaf but they all do have some kind of hearing impairment and one of the members got a cochlear implant
Beethoven used metal pipes to help him feel the vibrations from his piano, thus was able to continue playing after he became deaf
