How many separate sessions ? How many layers ? How long? Please and thank you.

hi Allen, I'm not sure how many sessions, but there is only one layer of oil paint. I put the painting in the freezer over night, so that I can work wet into wet for 2 to 3 weeks.

What medium do you like to use in your paint if any ?

Medium is very important in my technique. I use 2 part stand oil and 1 part venice turpentine . I use this to first oil out the panel and later also for painting. Occasionally I also use mineral spirits to thin the paint...
