Absolutely the best BR mix I've heard. Soundscape doesn't describe it justly - it's more of a whole-body experience. A mental takeover. Excellent work! Also, incredible and appropriate video accompaniment!
I've listened to this at least 100 times while studying. All I really need in life is a career where I can live comfortably and watch Blade Runner 2049.
@@HartmutJagerArt nothing, except that we live in an ageist westen society where old/older people are somehow marginalised ... somehow less relevant, let me tell you that I am now 75 years old! Also, and you dont need me to remind you, you are 2 years older! Thank You!
Blade Runner 2049 is an absolute masterpiece of science-fiction. I never thought I would see a movie of such quality, and this soundscape is a three-hour love letter to it's auditory greatness. An amazing job, made by a true fan.
It is an extremely poor quality homage to the original movie that told a story that nobody asked to be told. It was good enough that the original movie presented us with a window into the lives of Decker and Rachel that left us with our own questions to answer once the window had closed. The soundscape is beautiful but it acts equally well one for the original movie, not for the sub-standard sequel.
REST IN PEACE, VANGELIS. The world will never know anyone as expansive as your compositions are/were. You brought me through an important part of my life when BLADE RUNNER (1982) came out. And I thank A'AN Communications for this incredible work of art to Vangelis' memory!
When I fly off to Mars, and there's nothing to see out the window except tiny pinpoints of light, i'll put this on headphones and enjoy some well-deserved float-time. Thanks my friend.
Of all the creative figures of art and content that I have experienced throughout the internet since it was created decades ago, this reprise is singularly the most masterful & beautiful rendition of everything I truly love and that inspires me, personally. Not only the original story, universe and theme but as a whole the level of effort, attention to quality, selection of score & imagery, re-engineered. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for crafting such a wonderful presentation. I would hope that those credited would approve and accept this subject of work. I spent every second watching and listening to every detail with delight.
I love it... hear it for the first time... it make me feel good but in someway sad to because I'm thinking about me and my live espacially the last 3 years and I'm crying now but not in pain... I'm crying to let it all out to fell good for a couple of hours... Thank you for this wonderful piece of art.
Just lost my cat, my other cat also died eighteen months earlier, both due to renal disease. I need immersion at the moment, and combined with work/writing, your mix has helped tremendously. Can't thank you enough. Edit: Also, thank you for the .flac download.
Stuggering. Mesmerizing. Nothing comes close at creating such complex deeply feelings like Blade Runner's world does, nothing at all. And you greatly enhanched these subtly, intimate feelings. Like many others said, Blade Runner is a journey, and this is a hell of a journey. Greetings from Italy.
Beautiful. I wish I could hear it looking down on the worlds of Trappist or Gliese. Stirs something very deep and very awe inspiring. I sometimes forget the capacity for wonder. Thankyou
I absolutely LOVE your channel, A'An. This is one of my favourite meditations. Thank you so kindly for sharing this beautiful masterpiece. One day, I may look into reading the appropriate piece alongside the audio/visual with the appropriate consent. Much love and profound peace to you and yours. Have the best one!
been using this the past few weeks to study for my board exams..its obvious how much time/energy you put into making this video. keep it up man, awesome stuff! !!~
The mastering of each moment within this work is a pure joy to listen to, added by those images of a world that can create unbelievable things . The saying " heart strings " ... there to absorb these vibrations and fully amuse in that experience. Thank you .
Idk. To me, this just touches me at the very core of my being. I viewed this for the first time after listening to your emerald tablet audio and then noticing the synchronicities between this channel aan..........
Forgot to add I love the visuals as well. I have a projector because my work involves being a protectionist so I got one for my little flat in the middle of Glasgow and I put this video against a bare wall with my surround sound on and the lights dimmed and it was raining outside with the modern neon signs mixed with gothic 18th century scottish brickwork and buildings outside and I realised I really am living in the 2020s
You took the ambience soundtrack category of songs to another level, truly a master piece I'm an afficcionado of this genre and just got stunned by the incredible effort you've putted on this
@@karl7567 Nah, it's not that. You're probably referencing the "Loudness War", but I opened this in Audacity, and compared it to other tracks. The total volume for this track has been significantly reduced, beyond even accounting for the loudness of contemporary music production. Easy fix with Audacity, tho. Now it sounds very good, without my having to double my normal speaker volume.
@@ryanr3737 Thank-you for the kind words Ryan, it's truly appreciated. In regards to the volume. When looking back I notice that it is indeed quiet. The original tracks have an incredible amount of purposeful clipping which proved to be quite tricky to restore (even with UHQ sources), a consequence of that was lower overall volume. Ultimately I think it was an incorrect volume setting on the final export. Oh well.
To the uploader, I listen to this constantly while I study and I'd prefer to download this to listen to it offline. I downloaded from the link you put in the description, but some of the songs skip ahead in the MP3 version and I have to revisit the RUclips version just to listen to this whole thing in its entirety. If you happen to fix this, can you please reply to this so I can redownload the fixed version. I'm probably half of the views on this video.
Lets make this into a whole movie. I have been working on a scripts we can add to this reel with real actors and screenplay. detailed make up artist as well as prop and model special effects artist and carpenters we need to do a feature, We could sure use your talent.

This is the best music to write to. Thank you!
Love this for my reading sessions. Bless you
This is excellent. So excellent. Thank you. It perfectly weaves the two films' soundscapes. I will watch/listen to anything you produce. Wow.

Do the small, fleeting glitches in the video mean anything specific?

All the best in these hard times.
legit footage. What is the dark muddy looking spots in the frozen water? Oil?
I absolutely love this, but why is it so quiet? Feels like the volume was cut in half? It plays so quiet compared to other songs?
