Its a funny thing but as we age and get closer in time to our final resting place how we tend to gravitate to cemeteries and the peaceful atmosphere that emanates from them . Keep em comin Mick, Regards Stuart from a bit further North

Hello Mick the cemetery is beautiful, so sad for the casualties of war so many lost lives 😢 I like to sit in our local cemetery its so peaceful I wonder have you ever been to Hollinwood Cemetery?.
Cemeteries are such interesting places, all the history. Hard to believe there are that many innocent souls in the communal grave, so sad. Shame that nobody goes along and takes some flowers there occasionally but good that the manager there keeps it tidy. More so than the rest of the place!
My mum and dad lived in Gleedless and on the blitz night they walked up to Manor top, and they stood and watched the bombs falling on the city. They said it was a sight they'll never forget!
They say that some of the bodies where never recovered from the Marple's and I was told it was haunted ! There is also an abandoned cemetery at Parkwood Springs and I used to visit that, their is also a war memorial if I remember you follow the river it maybe Neepsend, but I know its their.
My dad's buried in that cemetery unfortunately that's where he wanted to be I prefer grenoside to be honest but u have to stick to your loved ones wishes I hope u and your wife are all good anyway pal
Hi Michael Can you Recommend a Good company that make the Name Plaques please. For Crematorium Gardens & for the Name Plaques for Coffins. If I remember right does Mr David Emmingham make them with your machine if I’m right ? I don’t want a Plaque for a loved one I want one with something about myself to put in my bathroom. If can be made Example A4 size in Polished Chrome? I hope you Cheryl the team are all well 🩵💗
We have the same with certain Cemeteries where the Grass isn’t being cut. Greenwich Council say it’s a funding issue. Which I find aload of bollox. Excuse my Language. It’s unfair these Crematoriums/Cemeterys are loved ones final Resting Homes. More so Burials obviously. Many take there loved ones home in urns ⚱️ as your well aware Michael. I’m sure the premises must get some form of financial support to keep them Maintained.

Its a good cementry we're my mum and dad is but when people damage my mums and dad's flowers and grave stone that makes my blood boil to the maximum.
